King Fisher's Sunset cruise in Charlotte Harbor leaves out of historic "Fisherman's Village" which is a destination unto iteself and worth a half day (with shopping, restaurants and pretty bay view dining). Leaving before sunset, this cruise to nowhere peacefully moves around the harbor through the channels, giving you a view of the bridge and shorelines on both sides, and... More

The captain pointed out where the dolphins were and guided the boat to them so we could see them jump and swim alongside as we went out into the bay.

DON'T go if it's hot. They have small four legged chairs with the seats touching each other. Very tight. Can't speak for the upper deck but the lower with all the windows there is NO air moving. Not only are the chairs tight side by side but there us no leg room, very uncomfortable, only took the one hour trip... More

Tom, thank you for taking the time to review us, and thanks for pointing out that our crew did a good job for you during the trip. We appreciate feedback from our passengers. I believe that the cruise you took was a special event scheduled as part of the National Marina Day Celebration here at Fishermen's Village. We apologize that... More

I took my Daughter and my Grandchildren on the Burnt Store Cruise today. It was a wonderful experience. Capt. Bob and Sandy were excellent! Very kind to my four year old Granddaughter and my nine year old Grandson. We saw lots of dolphin ..they gave a good performance. The ship was spacious and comfortable. Most of all, Capt. Bob and... Captain Bob and Sandy were outstanding. They briefed the passengers prior to leaving on all the safety items, where all the life jackets located ect. Captain Bob informed the passenger of items of interest and when ever a dolphin came alongside. Sandy was very courteous and would answer questions from all passengers. They helped the passengers on and off the... More

Capt. Rick and mate Chris were below par in service and personality. We had to stop on our way to the gulf to catch our own bait. The crew wouldn't talk to us even when we asked a simple question about weather radar. They were more interested in their own fishing and weren't attentive to bait our hooks or remove... More

We took the full day trip to Cabbage Key from Fishermans Village. The crew were helpful and friendly. The boat was comfortable and spacious, having said that we only had about 20 people on board on our trip. On the downside the commentary was barely audible. Dolphins followed very close to the boat for quite some distance out of the... More

I'm a long time Punta Gorda snowbird, staying in Fishermen's Village. I get an up close and personal look at King Fisher Fleet every day from my window! So, I see things the average King Fisher doesn't glimpse - "back of the house" details like the meticulous cleaning every vessel gets, every day. I see the smiles on employees' faces... More

If you're looking for a tour of what's left of Southwest Florida's superb marine environment, King Fisher is your best choice. I live in Bonita Springs and have taken boat tours from Naples, Fort Myers and Bokeelia. None compare. King Fisher is run by lovely people who care about the health of our estuaries. I recommend the tour to Cayo... More

We have enjoyed their Sunset Cruise in the Harbor as well as a boat trip to Cayo Costa and lunch at Cabbage Key. All were enjoyable and wonderful for those without access to a boat otherwise. I would recommend it.
