Why this is a state park is a true mystery. At the end of Cape San Blas is about as close to the end of the world as you can get. So - for the state to pay for employees and maintenance and all else is hard to comprehend for the remoteness and straggle of folks who actually pay to... More

We visited this park as we have many many times before. Always find it clean and friendly. One if the forgotten gems while many go there you never get the feeling of congestion overall. We have camped here for years and enjoy it every time.

We parked at the handicapped entrance to the beach since my husband is awaiting knee replacement. The pristine beach is easily accessible. We were the only ones on that section of the beach for much of the time we were there. There is a concession stand as well as handicapped accessible bathrooms.

Best beach in the area. Also not sure if it is because they are at the tip of the peninsula but the bay side is the clearest at the state park of any of the other places in the area.

We have enjoyed every single day we've spent at this wonderful park. If you want the beach to yourself, this is the place to be. It's worth the $6.00 admission fee and the drive.

Needed a quiet beach experience. Just me doing what I love, riding the waves and listening to the waves. Park was very close to the Cape San Blas B&B three miles down the road. Very clean and well maintained. Inexpensive way to spend the day on a white sand beach. Bathrooms available close by as well as concessions. Brought my... More

This was a very nice park! We loved the beach area. The facilities are nice and there was plenty of parking. The only downside is that the nature area is limited to campers.

I was here in early April, just after Spring Break, so it was peaceful, empty and family friendly. We had the immediate area to ourselves and splashed around with abandon. Like most State Parks, no alcohol is allowed which was just fine. I will visit again.

We went 4 times during the week we were there b/c we liked it so much. Beach on one side and the bay on the other. Very natural, beaches were clean, nice small stores, paddle boards /kayaks you could rent, etc. Will be back!
