Relax and enjoy

This is a quiet little beach on the inlet Harbor off the Gulf. Nice views and quiet relaxed atmosphere. Not crowded at all.

If you are looking for a place to easily launch your boat, I highly recommend Port Charlotte Beach Park. Easy, convenient and good parking. I like that we can get the boat into the water pretty fast since there is rarely a backup line waiting. Plus, we can park quickly and can pay using the app on my phone. Works... More

When we went on vacation this was the closest beach and when we got there the water was a funny red color. After talking to the locals the water in the whole bay is this weird red color caused from some plant. We went to Boca Grande on the point and it was red on one side and ocean color... More

The two times we went, there were no swimming signs due to high levels of bacteria. If it's all you have, pay for the pool. Sand fleas, ants and dirty trash ridden sand. Its hard to swim here with all the other amazing beach choices around.

With a pool right on the water, this beach is wonderful! There is a very nice pier and walk along the water deck, with beautiful beaches on either side. Great area for kids and members of the community to get together and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Pack a cooler with drinks and lunch and snacks for all to enjoy under... More

Nice place to spend a day! The beach park has grills, pavilions, a swimming pool, tennis courts, horseshoes, volleyball courts, and the beach itself.

Do not go here, you will be disappointed. Their is debris everywhere and grass and other junk on this beach. The FIRE ANTS on this beach will get you, as of yesterday I found a mound the hard way hidden by the grass on the beach. This was on the west side very close to the boardwalk and only 10... More

This is a nice county owned facility. Nice beach, boat ramp, play ground and picnic area. The pier was just rebuilt this year. There is a charge for parking but there is ample space.

This is a pretty fun beach if you don't mind brackish water. Some people hate it - - some people love it! We always have a fun time here with the kids. We go here to launch Kayaks. The kids play in the water while waiting for their turn to Kayak. Only down sides are that you have to pay... More
