We were at the park on a hot, steamy July night, but despite the heat and lack of leg room, it was fun. The stadium was full of families with most kids prepared to catch foul balls with mitts in hand. The park reminded us of the movie League of Their Own--small stadium with fans close to the action. Beers... More

Sure it's a minor league team--but you will have a major league good time at the park. We took the grand kids on July 3rd, the day was great, the family ticket (4 for $40 including 4 hot dogs and 4 drinks) was a bargain, and well, we all had a great time. Granted this was a special ticket that... More

We just love everything about the Stone Crabs!! We were in Port Charlotte in June and we were lucky enough to go on the Free Night at the Park. The game was great, the folks sitting around us were great. Of course the weather was wonderful, it's Port Charlotte and that goes without saying LOL

The stadium was clean and the game was fun to watch but that's all I have to say that is positive. There is absolutely no leg room. I am 5'10" and was cramped my husband had the aisle because there was no way his legs would fit. They ran out of food. The parking was horrific. No one knows how... More

The Stone crab baseball games offer a fun, safe and clean environment for the whole family. They have a Kidzone so if the kids get bored watching the game they can go in and play. The games are entertaining to watch. The mascot is fun and very enjoyable and loves to take pictures. The facilities are very nice and well-maintained.... More

Going to the ball game is always a good time (if you like baseball). Watching a minor league is even more fun because they actually play hard. The cost makes it especially worthwhile.

The Charlotte Sports Park is a very nice and clean facility, not too large that you get lost. It is fun to watch the local minor league team play baseball, and the games seem to move faster than the major league games. Consessions are reasonably priced, and there are special days when beverages and/or food are greatly reduced in price.

We found out about the Stone Crabs from trip advisor and looked them up, they were playing that night! We went to the game, which ended up being a double header. Super nice fans, staff, players. Very clean stadium, we'll be back again!

My teenage son and I had a fun evening here. It was two-dollar Tuesday. Our "cheap seat" ticket put us just behind home plate closer than most "good seats" at a MLB park. There were maybe 4-5 of the typical minor league park "entertainments" between innings...a bit weak IMHO. Two-dollar Tuesday apparently also applies to the beer, so our fellow... More

Took in a spring training game. Quite expensive for just a spring training game and the B-players, but a fun experience. Food is very expensive; Philly cheesesteaks are the best! Other than the occasional obnoxious fan (from up north), a nice family time.
