The facility is very nice — nice restaurant, nice practice areas, very nice people. However, the design of the golf course is not so good. There is no opportunity to recover from a wayward shot. You are either fine or in the hazard. This is no way to lay out a golf course, especially a resort course. It is just... More

There is water everywhere and to miss the fairway... even just a bit... is a new ball. Can't say for sure if gators like golf balls but if they do... they are well fed! That said the course is a... Arnold Palmer designed, Lost Key is quite a challenge, but still very fun. Beautiful course with nice driving range. If you're a 20 handicap good luck!!!

I take the annual guy golf trip to Orange Beach and play this course every trip...it is a must. The course is beyond scenic, and is kept in top condition. The greens putt great and the fairways (if you can stay on em) are outstanding. The only knock I have about Lost Key is the difficulty of play for the... More

I live in one of the condos on site and I and play Lost Keys often. The fairways are hard to beat. They are like playing off carpet. Greens are a little bumpy, but roll true. They are a little slow compared to most courses in the area, but after a few holes you will get use to the speed.... More

First time ever playing here and I'm in Pensacola several times a year. Only played 9 holes but absolutely loved the course. Be prepared to hit irons off the tee on a number of holes as the fairways are not all that wide so you have to be accurate. Staff is very professional and friendly.

A very nice course but it is challenging. I played it last week three times. I was there a week after aeration so greens weren't the best. I can't believe people were paying so much $$$$ even with the aerated greens. I had a rental so it only cost me $20. Staff was friendly and overall great experience. I just... More

Have played here several times and find the staff and course top notch. Very challenging course and may cause the 20+ handicap to hate the place. Very convenient to the beach and reasonably priced.

Played Lost Key for the first time. It is a challenging course with water, sand and narrow fairways. Was surprised how nice the course was in early February. Personnel were all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed playing here and look forward to playing again.
