This beach is so very pretty with its white sand and turquoise waters. There is pretty much any water sports available to you along with endless places to eat and get drinks. Great place for anyone! Don't forget to walk the pier. Great location to take some breathtaking pictures.

When I first visited the white beaches with green sea oats and clear blue turquoise waters in Destin in 1973, then scouting the beaches all the way from Panama City to Pensacola, I wanted to stay there forever! So very beautiful and so very different than the beaches of the Pacific and Atlantic coasts......hope you can visit all!

This is a nice way to start your morning. A nice long walk out to the end of the pier. Well kept and better yet I feel safe on the pier alone. There is a fee just to walk the pier, $1.25 I believe. More if you want to fish. Anyway it's worth the stop and walk just to relax.

Great place for adults, teens, and children. Plenty to see and do from good eats, jet skiing, paragliding, or just soaking up the sun...all year round.

The atmosphere is wonderful, right on the gulf, and the food/drinks are very good as well. Check it out.

Our Pier is easy to reach, not too expensive to enjoy often, and right in the midst of opportunities to dine, shop, walk, or just sit and enjoy the view...not to mention fish. While I am not a fisher-woman, I love the occasional walk across the Pier, and watching the Blue Angels from there is a once in a lifetime... More

The band was a Beatles cover band so we got nothing but Beatles. First hour was the Hard Days Night album, then requests. Two hours on the beach under the moon. How cool was that! Free and the huge huge paved parking lot was no way near full. If you can't find it look for the water tower on the... More

I always enjoy going to the pier to see various types of fish and birds. If you are lucky you will be able to see the sharks down below swimming.

what can I say other than it is a pier jutting out into the Gulf. People fish off it not much to see that can't bee seen from shore
