The band was a Beatles cover band so we got nothing but Beatles. First hour was the Hard Days Night album, then requests. Two hours on the beach under the moon. How cool was that! Free and the huge huge paved parking lot was no way near full. If you can't find it look for the water tower on the... More

I always enjoy going to the pier to see various types of fish and birds. If you are lucky you will be able to see the sharks down below swimming.

what can I say other than it is a pier jutting out into the Gulf. People fish off it not much to see that can't bee seen from shore

There is a charge to enter this pier. $1.25 per person per day. There is also a fee to fish off the pier. This is a great place to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Nothing special here. Just a pier. Not worth the couple bucks to walk out on. Close your eyes...imagine walking a couple hundred feet out into the ocean...you're about 20-30 feet up....you can see the beach, the buildings and the water. All the things you could see from the shore. I would have been better served to buy a beer...

This is a very nice pier. Charges $1.50 to walk and more to fish, but it good all day to come and go. Pier was very clean and maintained. Did not walk all the way to the end!! Was there is the early morning and hardly NOBODY was there. I think this is probably one of the nicer piers on... More

Pensacola Beach is a great place for an ocean swim. Normally, the waves are very mild and the water warm. Very gentle slope off the beach. Sand is beautiful and the beach is well kept. Public restrooms and showers are available.

It costs 1.25 per person, the wristband is good for the day. it's a walk over the water, you can see what people are catching, look into the water see huge jelly fish, saw some sharks on a few lines, schools of fish and dolphins.

Certain times of the year, certain fish run. You need to check which ones are "running" and being caught. It's a BEAUTIFUL view, even IF you don't catch any fish. Also, there are some GREAT restaurants to eat at, in the area!
