a good place to teach your kids a little about the history of the wars and battles fought by our service men & women. A place of respect and dignity

Nice park with sculptural pieces commemorating Veterans. There is a small pond and across the street is a pier with an estuary below. My favorite sculpture is at the end of the pier.

I discovered this wonderful place after the Memorial Day Parade in Pensacola. Wow! Such a great tribute to our military. So inspiring and peaceful at the same time. "Must see"!

This is an awesome wall...a miniature of the one in DC. Our city has gone to great lengths to make this a great place to visit and give a great tribute to those who have lost their lives for us to have freedom. They have added a beautiful wildlife pond to walk around. Thanks Pensacola for a great place to... More

It was very hot the day we visited but still spent about an hour walking around. It is a well maintained park and well worth the visit. There were memorials for multiple wars and was one of the best we've visited.

My husband is Veteran so we stop at a lot of Veteran Parks. This one just blew us away. We really enjoyed looking at all of the different memorials for the different wars.

I learned about this small, compact Veteran's Memorial Park prior to our trip to Pensacola. It was a bit difficult for us to find, but well worth the effort of looking for it. We visited this park in February after a freeze, so the plants and grass were not at their prime. That did not diminish the experience of walking... More

The reduced size of the Vietnam Wall copy here does not diminish its emotional impact. The other tributes to various wars, victims, and the military equipment all serve to remind a visitor of just how privileged we are to live in this country. There are benches to sit and contemplate the meaning of what you see.

The reunion was Viet Nam Vets. There was a Vietnam Wall like in DC. There was a helicopter like was used in Viet Nam & memory benches. WW11 , Korea, Marine Memorial, Purple heart memorial, & women veterans. It was in a park like setting with a walking path around a pond. Very well done & plenty of free parking
