The beach was uncrowded during spring break.
There are many good deposits of small conch shells and bugle shaped shells. Everyone had their personal collection by the end of the week.

We're an hour north of Pensacola and visit Gulf Islands National Seashore regularly as a quick escape. The annual pass is WELL worth it. Beautiful beach, tons of birds, trails and a historic fort. Gotta love it!

Miles of pristine sugar white beaches. Historic forts from Spanish American War, Clvil War, WWI, and WWII. Ft. Pickens National Park is one of the most scenic places on the entire Gulf Coast.

Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant had great food, inexpensive raw oysters that were so gooooood! Beautiful beaches everywhere, covered by beautiful people!

The sugar white sand and crystal clear aquamarine water is absolutely amazing. These are some of the best beaches I have ever seen.

visited both ft pickens and johnson beach. We were there in the late 90's. we both love our National parks and have visited many throughout the USA
