Absolutely soft, white sand and crystal clean waters. What more could you ask for? I went in February, and there was no spring break crowd yet which was nice. I like the sand at PCB but i do not like the water dont get me wrong it is cleaner than the atlantic but it is not like the caribbean It is ok if you are wanting to stay state side more
