A little rough, a little rude, extremely slow.

Played UGLY-GOOD nines. The Ugly side had many spots on the greens that required re-sodding and while the new sod had grown in some, it had not been mowed or maintained properly requiring us to move our balls to putt. The Good side was in much better shape and was worthy of a $60/round fee. Most frustrating was the pace... More

We've driven by this place for years and after playing another course the day before, we thought we'd hit up The Hombre. The cart guys in the lot were quick and attentive, but it went down from there. The folks in the pro shop barely spoke to us as they took our payment. The fairways were sparse, collars around the... Was told that its normaly a $95 Course but do to some sand spots on 5 greens only $60. Ok.... Our 9:52 tee time was delayed til 10:15 then had to wait every shot on the front nine with no Course marshalls in sight. Then back nine..the slow pokes stop for lunch or whatever. We have a clear open back... More

The course needs some work and if you play early in the morning the crew will be cutting the grass during your back swing. Very busy on the weekend. Twenty dollars for range balls which you can hot as many as you can take the nets on your legs. Put on some long pants please. You must use a cart... More

This is a series of 3 9-hole courses that plays long and is difficult. Which would be ok, IF it was in good shape. It's NOT. They've lost their greens, and are in thorough disrepair! Go somewhere else!!

Went on guys golf trip and this was this first stop. Positives-friendly staff, fun course layout. Negatives-greens are unplayable!! They are just aweful! Price is way to high for the condition of the course. Overall very disappointed in the course and prob wont ever go back.

I has heard good things about Hombre as being a good challenging upscale course. Drove by it an hour ago and there were golfers on a green adjacent to the parkway -- one in a black sleeveless t-shirt, really?? Guess any dress code goes at Hombre.

The layout is a fun one with lots of water, numerous bunkers, and tight shots. Course was in good shape BUT greens were in really bad shape. They had aerated, but the grass was very thin and in some places gone. Check conditions of green before you play.

Two of us showed up to a empty parking lot. The pro shop employee gladly took our money. No one mentioned they have a driving range? Once we noticed it and said we would like to hit a few, he said that would delay our tee time by a hour?. He never mentioned the greens sucked and workers with heavy... More

See the March 5, 2015 review. I can't recall last time I've played a course in such poor shape. The Ugly's greens were non-existent. As reference, a good course which has just punched the greens and sanded them IS BETTER than the Ugly. The Good was in better shape, but one green was completely lost. I should have known better...
