This course is fantastic, challenging, well taken care of, and the staff is fantastic. The carts even have GPS right in them. We took our 2 year old to ride along and they all welcomed her as well. We ended up playing here twice while on our vacation because we were so impressed. More

We golfed in the afternoon which was reasonably priced. The course was decent, I golfed poorly which may add to my lack of "wow" that I was expecting. Noone really spoke to us other than to take our money and point us to the first hole. Other local courses MUCH friendlier, happier. Lots of water :) but nothing that makes... More

I thought $80 was too pricey for the overall golf experience. The course was in good shape. I appreciated the GPS devices on each cart. The pace of play was good. I finished the round in ~ 4 hours. The greens were in good shape. I think the afternoon rate of $59 would have been a fair price for the... More

I agree with most prior reviews about the great course, friendly staff etc. but would like to focus on and give top marks to the folks at Hombre that initiated their winter couple membership program this past winter. Aimed at northern winter guests, this program offers unlimited golf on this fabulous course at a reasonable rate and the opportunity to... More

The staff is friendly and helpful. Course is nice and well kept. Pace is a little slow because marshalls are way to friendly with the patrons! More

Course itself is good..HOWEVER..took a 1 hr. clinic first - 9 people - 15 min. introducing ourselves, hometowns, handicaps ; Adam wrote this on a chalkboard as he was being videoed - 15 minutes of what he would teach if we took a private lesson; 10 minutes identifying 4 major parts of golf..like physical ?..tested our clubs for flexibilty -... The Hombre Golf Club is made up of three 9's, the Good, Bad & Ugly. Our 18 hole round was the Bad and the Ugly. We found it to be challenging, lots of water although not all in play, and the general surroundings and scenery made it pleasing on the eye. Good value for money if you use coupons and... More

It's a great challenging course if you haven't played on anything like it. If your not accurate you will lose some balls, but it is a beautiful course with very nice fairways and greens; the roughs are nice, short, and soft as well. I haven't seen this much water hazards on a course ever, but they are gorgeous and are... More
