A visit to St Andrews State Park will be the highlight of your trip to Panama City. I live in Panama City and whenever I have visitors I take them to the park. It's always everyone's favorite part of their trip. The park has a beautiful beach without all the noise and vendors that are present on the other beaches... More

This State Park on the east end of the beach is still like the ones of us that grew up going to the beach at Panama City Beach remember. Back before the local officials gave away the beachfront roads to the condo developers and thereby gave the access to the beach to the common folks. From the gator lake to... More

This place was so beautiful! We went on a very windy day and saw people surfing! I can't imagine how amazing this destination is on a calm day. It was a bit chilly and still packed with onlookers and beach goers! We saw dolphins of the rocks! Collected some shells and watched the waves roll in. Can't wait to go... More

We really enjoyed this park. We hiked a trail and saw an alligator which was very exciting for the kids. The beach was very family friendly. We caught a hermit crab and saw a jelly fish. I do believe it was our favorite part of the trip.

We picked up shells and found some sand dollars too. Watch out for jellyfish that wash ashore though. They can still sting you when they are dead! I... More
