Nicest beach in Panama City area.

By far the nicest beach in the Panama City area. This park is kept extremely clean, has a great campground, easy access launch ramp, and shuttle service to the island.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to in my life. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived and headed towards the boat dock, I walked around and was not too impressed. However, when I ventured towards the water and walked around the coast towards the beach my jaw dropped. Saying this place is beautiful... More

Spent the day here on vacation and couldn't believe how clean and beautiful this part of the beach was. And best of all there were no crowds. The water was so clear that you could see all the little fish come up to you and nip at your feet. Looking forward to going back again!

Very nice experience. It's clean and very cool sitting under the pavilions. Will visit this area again in the future.

I visited this place twice during my stay in Panama City. The park is reasonably priced at $8 per car. The first visit, we went to the beach with the small lagoon. It was so nice with a beautiful sandy beach and clear water. There was a lot of fish swimming around and many people where snorkelling. There was a... More

The park has wildlife, a store, camping, fishing, a beautiful beach, and more. The staff are a true assett. They are frienly, and helpful. This is a great place to spend an afternoon or a week.

The state park charges for you to enter but it's only $10 or an annual pass for $63 per person.. And it's well worth the money! I have been 4 times and there are no rowdy teens here. Mostly couples and families with or sans children. The water is most often aqua blue and crystal clear. You can fish in... More

My daughter would have loved it more if someone would have hiked with her, but I am afraid of snake and poor momma wasn't doing it no no no! It is some of the most beautiful landscaping I have ever seen in my life. Worth the time and well worth the money.
