We visited to eat at night and, as it happened, in heavy rain which was due to continue for another day. It was obvious that there was not nearly enough covered space - although, admittedly, Florida does not normally have quite so much rain. The canopies, such as they are, are of disparate shapes and sizes.

Nice place. Outdoor area had band playing when we arrived in the evening and we picked from several nice restaurants for dinner.

It was a great spot for a sunny day in the holiday season to shop, rest, and eat. I enjoyed their offerings for dining and snacks. It was well maintained, clean and family oriented.

If you are in palm beach, the Downtown Gardens is a great choice especially during the holiday season. The Downtown has shopping, restaurants, movies and more. There is a carousel for the kids. And during November and December there are beautiful decorations and a amazing light show synchronized to music.

Beautiful area with so much to do! We got lunch at a restaurant with outdoor seating and let the little ones run around the fountains with pennies while we waited for the food to arrive.

The Cobb 16 theatre has been here since the beginning but it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. The musty odor in Theatre 1 was almost worth leaving.

This venue offers a nice alternative mix of cafes, restaurants, stores for home goods, decor, clothing, and gifts, mixed with child friendly play areas complete with a traditional carousel, train rides and inside play areas. There are lovely little plazas with charming sitting areas. Hopefully they will fill some of the empty spaces because they seem to draw a decent... More

Other than Toojays Restaurant, The Yardhouse, Whole Foods, there is not much going on at Downtown. The stores are just fair, and a few restaurants and that's it. There is a play space for children and parents. Shopping is not a draw for me at all. There are too many other places to walk around and shop that are nicer... More
