The Breakers is one of the biggest hotels in South Florida. It is an ocean front property and it has an amazing staff. Loved the place.

Okay, the prices are outrageous (except for the Italian Restaurant) throughout the Breakers empire, but it remains a very special place, so I just grin and bear it when the bill comes. Courteous staff, well maintained and located in the center of Palm Beach. My suggestion to hotel guests would be to get off the property occasionally and see what... More

I've had the opportunity to stay at some of North America's best resorts on business trips, including the legendary Fontainebleau in Miami & the The Del Coronado in San Diego. But The Breakers to me was a step up over even those. To start with, the staff were just excellent, right from the point your car is dropped off at... More

This is our second time to stay at the Breakers and while the whole scene is a little snooty for my tastes (business conference), I must say our stays at the Breakers have been consistent as you would expect from a hotel with such a storied past. The entire staff is so well trained that there is absolutely no divination... More

Loved the location and the surroundings. The food here, however, is overpriced and under quality. The pools are beautiful and there are several to choose from: adult, kids, lap, and other pools. Ask for a larger room. Some of the rooms are "New York" tiny.....and they have others that are more enjoyable.

So I heard about this wonderful place and briefly walked through it one day last year, but this time my friend and I made an afternoon of it. First we visited the museum across the street and had great lunch there. Left our car in that parking lot and walked to The Breakers. Had drinks at the bar and met... More

Parking is comped if you purchase something at the hotel. Sit at the bar which overlooks the ocean and watch gold fish swim under your drinks. Fun.

Although we didn't stay during this visit, we did attend a rehearsal dinner given beachfront. The entire event was magical. Impeccable facilities, service, food, all set with the magnificent crashing ways on one side, and the beautiful historic hotel to the other.

The hotel is beautiful. My trip was for a conference. Hotel staff were friendly and service was exceptional. The rooms are well furnished and a good size. Some have views of the beach and others don't. My only problem with the hotel was that there is very little insulation between the rooms and noise is an issue. This was a... More
