For a great biking or walking experience you can't beat this trail. Level, about 10 miles with places to pull over and admire the Inter Coastal with no cars. We keep going back

It's a beautiful place to walk, run or ride a bike. It's peaceful and serene, you can hear the water lapping at the seawalls from the wakes of passing boats, look at beautiful intracoastal homes, some historical, and just lose yourself in the magic of it all. One of my favorite places in Palm Beach and best of all it's... More

We had two hours of bike rental in our hotel rate and we biked the trail and loved it. The trail follows Lake Worth with beautiful homes on one side and the and gorgeous Lake Worth on the other.

The lake trail is a wonderful way to see the Island. You can rent a bike at the bike shop on Sunrise and ride up the trail as far as the heat will allow you to go. My last visit I was surprised at how popular this has become, especially for May!

We rented bikes for 15 USD an hour at a shop at Sunrise Ave. That location forced us to take the north trail. The ride was pleasant enough (although the famous mansions' backyards were hidden behind fences and thick vegetation) until a heavy rain started. We had to go back, soaked and disappointed. At least the guys in the bike... More

The lake trail is great for a run, bike ride, skate, or any other activity where covering ground is the goal. It is quite long and the scenery of the water and beautiful private homes is not to be missed.

The lake trail is a marvelous way to wrap up your excursion to the world class Whitehall Mansion known better today as the Flagler Museum. The trail is not too long and your not by yourself here. You walk a mile or so along the water and enjoy the views. The Center Street Bridge along the way is very nice!

What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, either on foot or on cycles. The path is flat and scenic and there is not any need to concern yourself with traffic because the trail for the most part is car free. On one side is the bay and on the other are the beautiful Palm Beach homes and... More

Don't miss this one. It is not challenging as it is, like most of Florida, largely flat. However, you will not forget the incredible landscaping and homes that line this route. Particularly if you come back via North Ocean Drive (low traffic).

Just did it from the Marina to the Museum, walking, but it's really worth: nice houses and trees (one in particular, near the museum, seems to be the main Palm Beach attraction with its huge roots). Ibis and herons are also around. You can also stop looking at the bridge opening for letting in or out some boat.
