This is a beautiful area of Florida. It gives one a sense of what the area might have looked like when the explorers first landed.

What a nice relaxing ride to see all the different landscapes and rivers, many places to stop off, if you come down here with your motorcyle, this is must do in my opinion. There are places to eat, rest areas etc and it's just a great way to spend a few hours

We were down for bike week 2013. Rode the loop. Beautiful ride, with great parks to stop at along the way. Video taped the intire ride. Well worth the time spent to do it. (about a hour & a half) Watch for the gators, the signs are not a joke!

I liked the relaxing drive through the Tomoka Forest and it is free unless you decide to take the road that leads into the paid part of the park which is not necessary for enjoyment. Riding the loop isn't life altering but it is a pretty ride down some decent roads. Will take about a half hour depending on your start stop points and during bike events there are photographers set up that will take pics of you riding by. Those can be retrieved over the internet for a fee. great for a relaxing group... More
