2/7/15: Exciting Concert with Arturo Sandoval and his Musicians accompanied by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra with Mr. Albert George Schram conducting. Mr. Sandoval entertained the audience continuously during his stage appearance. Watching him swing to the beat, hearing and seeing him play his trumpet, keyboard, and piano as well as listening to him sing delighted our afternoon. The guest conductor... More

The Orlando Philharmonic provided beautiful accompaniment for beautiful voices at this performance of La Traviata. Instead of remaining in the orchestra pit, they played on stage in front of a winding staircase where the performers made entrances and exits. The stars and chorus were out in front, close to the audience, It provided an intimate and innovative performance of this... More

The best value, by far, for this concert series is the season ticket. The first year is discounted and gradually increases over four years to the full price. This allows you to taste the talent and wide variety of music offered by this wonderful resource. From Jazz to Jame Bond Themes, the Orlando provides something for everyone. If you require... More

We enjoy the wide variety of featured composers. The atmosphere is congenial,we can easily follow the directon of the music by watching the conductor as he fuses the orchestra to create and blend.

I went to their 20th anniversary concert at Lock Haven park in October 2012. It was an enjoyable night the orchestra sounded amazing. Since then I am considering planning a trip around their concert season for later this year.

Just saw The Marriage of Figaro as one of the two performances in the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra's Opera Series. The performance was truly first rate. All the vocalists were very good; but the lead soprano was truly amazing and I felt blessed to have had the opportunity to hear her. The orchestra itself was on-stage "above" the action and the... My family and I attended Wicked Divas the other night at the Bob Carr theater; and, found the program to be fun, informative, entertaining; and, great for all ages. Featuring everything from opera to Broadway, ragtime jazz to disco; and, many in between it really showed that this orchestra has some real talent; and, isn't afraid to stretch in any... More
