I'm a local, and I didn't know about this place because I usually avoid the tourist side of Orlando. Such a great break from everything. I enjoyed going here mostly because it was a free attraction off the beaten path of the theme parks. If you go near the rainy season, definitely bring your rubber boots as many of the trails have standing water or are flooded. This place is terrfic, if you are trying to see the real Florida come here. Nice trails to walk on (except during the rainy season June-Oct) they can get wet but you will love them. A nice nature center with exhibits on the area and its Free! Open Wed-Sun. Call for hours. More
