Wonderful day with my kids in the park. My 9 year old son loved the Harry Potter area. The attention to detail is amazing. In fact, the HP Forbidden Journey ride is actually BETTER than the new Escape From Gringotts at the other Universal Park. If you're going to the Wand Experience, where the wand selects the wizard, get in... More

These two places are amazingly well designed and the perfect trap for Potter Fans. Five stars to the Harry Potter parts. Beware the waiting lines are very long to get into both rides. The Gringotts ride is probably worth the long wait. Take the time to explore the nooks and crannies. Lot of hidden details and touches. Remember to look... More

Great clean park with friendly staff and characters. Hogwarts is wonderful and realistic, but the area gets really busy fast so go early. Butterbeer is good but sweet like drinking maple syrup mixed with butterscotch and cream.....

Went to the new part of the park. We all loved it from ages 12 to 70. They had attention to detail that people in our group picked out all day long. You can buy the interactive wands and cast spells in and around the park. Good food and a nice ice cream shop that is not to miss. You... More

I loved this place. I would recommend purchasing the fast pass. It can be a bit pricey but it's worth it and bts the waiting times to 10 minutes and you can do more! When we arrived we went straight to Harry Potter's Hogs Mead area. It's beautiful! Take the dragon challenge and start with the red one then take... More

Their actions hurt me to the tune of $5000, and they have done nothing to address it. They might act like they care, for a lot of issues, but if they can't fix it with a fake smile and/or an express pass, then you're SOL. Never go to Universal.

This park is a newer updated park with many more thrilling rides. The only real problem I have is some of the rides line ques take you through places that are way too dark and it's not safe. The lockers at Harry Potter are very stupidly managed. Funny thing is you don't even need to really put anything in them... More

Universal is a fantastic park. Harry Potters hogwart castle was breathtaking and the village of hogsmead so realistic. There was no queuing for the rides. The food was good and reasonably priced.

I grew up in Florida and spent many days at the magic kingdom and watched Epcot being built. Until we moved to Ga the Disney trip had then become a yearly thing. It always took me back to my childhood, but you know what? You have got to grow up sometime and let me tell you...My wife and I have... More
