The Kilimanjaro jeep safari is great when you are in the park and if you can get a fast pass for it then this cuts the time down considerably. The wild africa trek is sensational. Our guides were so cool, interesting and full of knowledge. We were guided through to see hippos and aligators, the rope bridge was fun too.... More

Went here this year after a 10 year gap. Now is very good. Lots of animals to see, good guide with an interest speil that changed according to what you were seeing. On occasion had to go fast as we stopped to watch an animal for too long, That I think says it all, they are trying to give you... More

I debated on going to this because of the cost. I found it to be absolutely worth it! Disney hospitality, great education, novel experiences, and a great lunch. Our guides were adorable and so informative that I was very thankful that we had such a small party. We were able to ask any question we wanted and linger where we... More

On a very hot May day the ride was a little uncomfortable, especially when animals would lay in the middle of the road making the jeeps stop for long periods of time. But what can you expect of wild animals?! The driver was very likable.

While you certainly would get a more extensive experience if you went on a photo safari in Africa proper, this was an experience of a life time for me. This attraction is 30 hours of flight time closer and about $30K cheaper. I could do this Trek a few times.

This wasa part of the graduation trip for my daughter's college graduation. Lot's of fun, and we all learned a lot more about hipps, crocodiles, and other African wildlife than we knew before. The trek was fun, and guides were very informative, and we also had two young kids who knew a whole lot about elephants and giraffes, and shared... More

The Wild Africa Trek is a tour offered by Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This was our first time doing this particular tour. Disney was offering a discount for certain dates/times. Even with the discount, it’s still expensive. This tour is approximately 3 hours in length and there is A LOT of walking. With this tour, you’ll receive a... More

As we went around, in the safety of our bus, we enjoyed the tour. It was relatively short, but that's ok, as we had LOADS MORE TO SEE & DO IN OTHER PARTS. It wasn't our favourite part of Disney, but it was yet another part of our BIG LIST that we could say "We've done"

Our tour was at 1230 on a very hot day. We were met by our guides Marcus and Lani and 'tooled up' in the harnesses. There were water bottles for us, and sunscreen and bug spray. We walked through the pangani trail to a gate and were taken up on a viewing platform to see the hippos. One of the... More

WOW! We had the best time! Amazing! Thank you Nicole, Mike, Davis & Goose, our Guides! I was sorry to hear Nicole will be departing to join a zoo in Denver to continue education as she embodies everything a Cast Member should be. I loved trekking through the "forest" safely, seeing the animals, and having a light lunch with the... More
