Our DVC family took this amazing trek in March of 2015. There were 8 of us. Of all things we have ever done EXTRA, at Disney, (Christmas, Food & Wine Fest., Easter, Halloween), this was our families all time favorite. I had recently had knee surgery, but was still safe and felt confident during the trek. Them most amazing thing... More

I did this tour as part of a visit to Walt Disney World. The tour is expensive, but in my opinion was worth the money. I enjoyed the opportunity to see the animals close up and going over the rope bridges over the crocodiles was a great experience. The lunch stop at the lodge was really relaxing. You get to... More

My fiance surprised me with this adventure. We really enjoyed the trek and lunch was great. The only thing is we thought we'd see an up close encounter with animals or see something extra that isn't available to other guests. It's the same animals from the same distance as the Kilomanjaro ride. It was a good time though!

This is an expensive tour. The guides, while knowledgeable, were young and seemingly more photographers then animal experts. Along the tour you will "meet" other animal care givers that can give more details about the specific animals you are viewing. The lunch offering was interesting, but not filling. I would also recommend doing this in the cooler months as the... More

This was a bumpy yet enjoyable time. We say many animals and got a lot of great pictures. Very good for all age groups!

We went on the 30,minute safari and it was very entertaining especially for my daughter that loves animals. And the setting of the park was a beautiful re enactment of an African village which was exactly what I told another guest who asked me if Africa actually looked like it. Those exotic birds in the resort were simply gorgeouss.....never seen... More

Yes it's expensive, but to use an Americanism it is awesome! After being kitted out by the very friendly and smiley guides you start the trek off. Every step is well Disney reversed but it still super fun and informative. Our guides, Nicole, mark and Davis were all great and as they take loads of photos of you and the... More

My son, age 15, and I love this! We did this for the first time last year, and did it again this year. I already have plans to book again next year! This year it was just my son and I on the tour with 2 guides. They took well over 150 pictures which are included in the price. Are... More
