Hear the intriguing story of Walt Disney and learn how his innovative ideas, revolutionary visions, creative philosophies and amazing accomplishments brought the Theme Park to life. The journey includes stops at backstage facilities and a variety of favorite attractions. One unforgettable highlight is a trip below Magic Kingdom theme park into the service tunnels known as the Utilidors. This is one urban legend that is absolutely, and almost unbelievably, true—the Guest accessible areas of Magic Kingdom theme park are actually on the second floor of a massive structure. The first floor—called the Utilidors—allows Cast Members, deliveries and even trash to be unknowingly transported below Guests' feet as they wait in line for their favorite attraction. If you would like an even more in-depth look at the backstage areas of Walt Disney World Resort, consider the 7-hour Backstage Magic tour.Magic Kingdom theme park admission is required and is not included in the price of the tour. Please keep in mind that Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is an outdoor walking tour, so be sure to check the weather report and dress appropriately. « less

We took the keys to the Kingdom tour and we weren't disappointed! Our tour guide, Haylee, did an awesome job. As a true Disney lover I so enjoyed all the great information she shared. She was always thoughtful about getting us out of the sun or a place to sit while she talked. The information was great! It is a... More

This is the second time we have done this tour, although the first time was many years ago. Our guide Matthew was informative, pleasant, interesting and genuinely enthusiastic about his job. I won't spoil the magic by telling what you see or learn on the tour, but suffice to say you will learn plenty about how the park operates, and... More

Excellent tour- our guide Leah was really knowledgable and the information was really interesting. Disney's attention to detail is amazing and we discovered lots of new things that we had no idea about. We went on 2 rides, toured backstage areas, had lunch at Columbia harbour house and then went into the utilidors. If you have been to disney a... More

My daughter and I took this behind the scenes tour at the Magic Kingdom on August 30, 2014. Our tour guide was Jordan and he was so funny, friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is a bit pricey but lunch is included and there is a discount if you're a Disney Visa cardholder. I don't want to spoil the little hidden... More

This is something I've been wanting to do for years and I was reluctant because I didn't want to spend the money (tour price + admission to the park). I finally decided to do it and I am SO GLAD. It was incredible. As a huge Disney fan and having visited Walt Disney World many times, this provided another different... More

This is a fascinating tour behind the scenes, both backstage and onstage. Great background on the Disney brothers and how it all began. Then you see behind the scenes for production items and the below ground tunnels. Our tour guide, Matthew, was a storehouse of knowledge and was articulate in his presentation. He was friendly and considerate of everyone. I... More

Me and my family members enjoyed this fantastic Disney attraction at its best value. Very good attraction for young, adolescent visitors and fun for adults of all ages. This is a great vacation for all ages and one must visit once in his lifetime.

We were looking for a gap filler on our recent stay at WDW so we decided to take this tour. As a note, we took the tour in 2003 and thought it interesting so this comment may compare and contrast. We were on the 0900 tour. We were allowed entrance when we arrived at 0830, checked in and given access... More

I just completed my tour in the blazing heat, but let me tell you it was beyond worth all the walking, sweat, and money. Our tour guide was great & I found out so many new things that I would have never thought of. I have been to Disney 16 times & never noticed the amount of detail put into... More
