I remember when this mall first opened it had so many shops and such potential. Went back last year to find out most of the shops had closed and there was no one else in site. Swear we must have been the only people besides the shop workers to be in the building.

Went to the movies expecting the Festival Bay Mall to have shops - silly and presumptious me. A dark minigolf and a clearance bookstore and a 20 screen theater. Not much else. Actually not anything else. Actually not even the golf and the bookstore - both closed at 5pm, leaving us to enjoy "Rise of the Planet of the Apes"... More

I am not even sure this should even count as a mall. There are maybe 5 stores still open (barely). I don't even know how they sustain revenue to survive! Close this dump and make better use of the space!

The only two places I remember that had any revenue in this mall were vans skate park ( sadly, now closed), and bass pro shop. This place needs to fix up. It could've been a great mall If it opens more stores.

Seems the reviews are for the mall in general. I only went for the Bass Pro shop, which is superb. Loads and loads of everything fishing and outdoors. It is right opposite Prime Outlets, so forget this Mall and just go to Bass Pro, leave your car there and walk across to the other mall.

Upon arrival I imagined that before the arrival of the Premium Outlet, this place was booming, couldn't figure out why the parking lot was SO empty. Upon entry, I quickly figured out why, and it is truly unfortunate. Most of the shop areas are vacant and currently available for lease/rent, etc. There is a ranch wear shop, Fuddruckers, a movie... Not many shops here now. Used to be quite good but everyone shops at the outlets across the road. Bass Pro still there which is always worth a look!

So many people have bad things to say about this theatre. It was very clean and the theatre seats were awesome. Since it is off the beaten pass there are no lines to contend with and you will not have to deal with the crowds of downtown Disney. The parking is easy and free. Overall I would definitely go back... More

We have been coming here for the last 12 years. Just so you all know the Festival bay mall was built after what used to be called Beltz and is now Prime Outlets. The mall was never full but as someone posted there are only two shops left out off about 80 to 100 there are inside. The Bass shop... More
