Decided to stop in and check this out after reading reviews here on Trip Advisor. Arrived 3 minutes after 5PM and it had just closed. However, I walked around the back and there was a lovely garden to see. Went back the next AM to be able to go inside the church and really glad we did. Such artwork, words... More

It was very tourist friendly, and a pretty church and grounds. Good courtyard for some nice photographs. Mass was a typical Catholic mass.

This Catholic Church was built for travellers to the Orlando area. It is a magnificent structure with many beautiful sculptures and stained glass windows. Services are plentiful, we go to 7.30 a.m. Mass on a Sunday whilst we are visiting Orlando. There is a good shop on site if you want to buy any religious artefacts. Tip: Get there early... More

1) Must see the Mother & Child sculpture outside. 2) Must see the Universe Window inside. 3) Should do - take a few minutes from the hustle of tourist land to sit and think on the real wonders of the world.

Loved the Mother and Child Chapel and the beautiful Crucifix. We were near Christmas and the Nativity scene was beautiful.

We're glad a relative gave us the information and address to Mary, Queen of the Universe Shrine. We attended Mass on Saturday night and all agreed that it was the highlight of our Thanksgiving trip. Everyone needs to make the time to stop and visit the shrine for serenity and peace of mind. We will be sure to stop whenever... More

It's a beautiful basilica. I went on a weekday. It was not crowded at all. My favorite was the chapel with the blue stained glass. Don't forget to drop by the rosary garden.

Beautiful space to retreat away from the "very busy resort" world just a few miles away. Large bookstore with lots of Catholic books and religious articles.

This church is so inspiring and one can get caught up in the design along with the music and the message. Help them while there with a generous contribution. The gift shop is incredible and it was easy to find so many gift options.
