Dress in costume. It will be more fun. Be ready to interact with the actors or it will be extremely boring. It is very long 3 hours plus. Don't go if you are hungry. Everyone was pleasant. It was over priced. Drinks are extra.

We had 43 ladies make a reservation for the tour and High Tea. When I called to organize it all, I was given a description of the High Tea as a reenactment of what it would have been like on the Titanic. Not only was it not anything close, but it wasn't even a Tea. It was, at best, a... More

Loved our tour guide. He made our experience come to life. Lots of info about the Titanic. Great learning experience. Enjoyed receiving a " boarding pass" from an actual passenger . The tour was respectful of the memory of the passengers.

If you are a Titanic fan, this is a must. They go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great experience. I was very impressed the amount of activity they crammed into a small venue. Go and find out if you made it or sunk in the Titanic.

The ticket taker greeted me warmly. I decided to go through the exhibits without a tour. i saw several people in costumes during my visit, and they were all friendly. I enjoyed reading all the captions. Original artifacts have black tags, and there were many of them. There was a replica of the grand staircase where we could have our... More

I suppose I shouldn't compare this museum to the one in Pigeon Forge but I can't help it. The workers in Orlando are not friendly whatsoever and obviously don't care about their job. Pigeon Forge did an amazing job by having actors walking around answering questions and were just all around friendly. I did not see ONE person that worked... More

Was looking forward to "High Tea" on the Titanic. Got to the venue to learn there was a mix up and there would be no promised High Tea. Change of menu. The tour had very few true artifacts, but lots of "reproductions". The layout of the attraction was disjointed. If it wasn't for the three cast members who recreated survivors... More

I really enjoyed this tour. at the very beginning when you pay your entry fee, you are given a ticket to board Titanic. It has your name and all pertient information. at the end you get to see if you survived Titanic or not. But as you go along the tour guide is very knowlegable of the Titanic and what... More

I found this place by accident when driving past but as we both like the film and the history we decided to give it a go. Its not too expensive either and you can get vouchers for money off all over so i didn't pay full price. I think if you're planning to visit try and get on one of... More

Tour guide was very knowledgable, authentic artifacts were interesting. My recommendation is to take the tour and just do the tour at his pace, listen, etc. then after the tour go back in (it's free) to take your time and see/read more of what you want.
