When booked, the dinner menu said chicken and filet were part of the 2nd course and a champagne toast. We received chicken and sliced ham (no filet insight) and no champagne. Dessert was tasty though. The dining room was very blah. Nothing fancy what so ever! Since it is supossed to be a dining room on the "titanic" and your... More

I decided to visit this place near the end of my stay in Florida, Also being sort of a Titanic fan it was a bonus. I went in and was poorly greeted by a prat of an employee who was playing on his phone and seemed to not care about me wanting to visit. After paying to go in, The... More

This is our 3rd time going and each time we enjoy complete immersion into the titanic experience. The tour guides have been different but excellent each time. The emotions you will experience stepping into the past are provoking. This is a must event

Guided tour lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. Mixture of authentic artifacts and replicas, many of the items were from other oceanliners from the same era. Each visitor is given a passenger card,at the end you see if they survived. Some interesting facts about the ship but admission is pricey, we did the "go orlando" pass so it was... More

We had a lovely evening at this attraction. After having photo,s taken on entry, and given the information on a card of the person we would be for the evening, we mingled with other guests. Some people where actors and took their part very professionally, the actors where also full of information about the ship and it,s passengers. We where... More

Took about an hour to go round. The structure of the promenade was good. And also the staircase. You can take a guided tour, but we went through on our own. They have a block of ice which you can touch to see how cold the water was. The gift shop was well stocked.

The tour guide made the experience into a joke about a ship where lots of people lost their lives which is a disgrace! Making jokes about it......not on! The artefacts are amazing what they have ....my advice is if you go take no notice of the tour guide and just appreciate the artefacts on show

My family drove by this attraction one evening and decided we would return before we left - it was a great visit - took about an hour, and despite being history buffs, we all (one adult, three teenagers), learned a lot about the voyage, and the people on the ship. We did not take tour, but wandered through on our... More

It was easy to feel that we were on the cold North Atlantic. The tour guide who was portraying a third class female passenger was flawless. My group enjoyed the experience immensely.

We were heading home to Texas from a long trip but decided to stop in. It was SO WORTH the trip! Our guide was so amazing and passionate, and each room had lots of memorabilia! I stayed 40 minutes after the tour and still could not see it all! The gift shop has cute replicas, and interesting books! I hate... More
