We were at ESPN Wide World of Sports only to see an Atlanta Braves spring training baseball game. As a ballpark, Champion Stadium is very nice. Comfortable seats and great sightlines throughout. Friendly staff with generous accessibility. This is the only Grapefruit League stadium with free parking. The down side is that Champion Stadium is too slick and too Disney-fied.... More

I have always wanted to watched a baseball game and found out that Braves were on Spring break training whilst we were in Orlando so booked up to see them. They were playing at ESPN Wide World of Sports which I've never visited before and have say I was impressed. It is sports oriented, of course, and mainly for training... More

This is certainly a part of Walt Disney World that isn't well know by many visitors. It is a beautiful facility. A baseball field, soccer fields, etc. There seems to be something going on there most of the time. From the Atlanta Braves spring training, soccer, cheering, to charity events, including the marathons. I have been impressed with this facility.

We attended an Atlanta Braves spring training game and was an overall good experience. Not a huge stadium so I think all of the seat have a pretty good view. Kids had a great time!

We've been to Braves spring training games at what is now called Champion Stadium many times and have always enjoyed it. This year we went to the Pirates-Braves game as a side trip in connection with a national convention in Orlando. We arrived about 1 1/2 hours before game time at 1:05, but even so our parking spot was at... More

Great venue for baseball. A little overpriced, but one of the best stadiums in Florida to view baseball.

Attended a Spring Training game here with friends. The walk in from the parking lot was pleasant with lush landscape. On a hot summer day, more trees and a few more shaded benches along the way would be appreciated. The seats wee comfortable with backs in the sections behind Home Plate. We had hoped for more hoopla involving the Disney... More

A great baseball park. Bottle water $3.00 and Diet Coke $3.25. BBQ sandwich with chips $10.45 and hotdog with chips $8.75 - food was ok. Friendly Disney Staff. Very nice facility! They offer free parking and have valet parking for $20.00

My family and I attended a Spring Training Game, Braves vs. the Marlins. It was really hot, so we ended up moving up into the shade which made the game much more enjoyable. The food was ok, typical ballpark food. All the staff were very friendly and definitely in the Disney spirit. You could walk from the parking lot or... More

We were at the WW of Sports for a Track and Field Event in March 2015. There is a very nice covered bleacher area with backs on the seats. A cushion is a good idea. You can also sit around the track if you bring your own chair. The concessions were weak but there is a sports grill just outside... More
