This was the perfect addition to out 'non-Disney' Orlando vacation. Beautiful and well-maintained gardens, interesting house tour, lots of diverse plants. Easy walking paths with plenty of shade. We found it much nicer than Bach Gardens, more diverse and lush.

Wow, what gorgeous gardens, so close to downtown! We spent several glorious hours strolling through the grounds. The docent who greeted us kindly pointed out what was blooming on a map, and recommended taking the house tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A pleasant afternoon escape.

Beautiful gardens, great History. Well maintained and landscaped, adequately priced. Definitely a good way to spend your day!

Spent 90+ minutes wandering round using the map provided. Beautiful gardens, very well maintained and extremely well labelled. Many plants in flower - I don't understand previous review saying flowers disappointing, plants flower when they flower and most things except the Camellias were out mid May. Brief tour of the house (of which this was the garden) included -well worth... More

Beautiful garden but BAD service. The walk-through guy misled us about that we can have our wedding indoor (even with a good weather) as long as we let them know ahead of time. So we emailed Debbie Sauls about having the wedding indoor. 1.5hour before my wedding, Leu Garden told me my wedding was gonna be outdoor. We had to... More

My wife and I spent about 90 minutes going through these gardens in the afternoon. It closes at 5 PM. I love "old original Florida" places and this is definitely pristine original Florida. Took some outstanding photos, as good as on post cards. We were disappointed when we got to the lake overlook. It looks like it has been closed... More

We were looking for a place to take my boyfriend's 89 year old mom who had limited mobility. So I found Harry P. Leu Gardens. Though we missed the free first Mondays, we still thought the $10 admission was reasonable. The place was easy to find and parking was aplenty. We were able to bring in our own wheelchair. (Wheelchairs... More

Have heard so much about this place that I thought I should visit. Overall, this was a nice place for a stroll. The plants and trees were great, though I was disappointed with the flowers. Perhaps it was the time of the year, but not many flowers were blooming. Even those flowers that were here were not spectacular; the plants... More

Happened upon this gem and what a surprise. If you enjoy Botanical Gardens then you will certainly enjoy walking through the Harry P. Leu Gardens, especially if you are from "up North". The trees, including the old Live Oaks are magnificent and beyond belief. There are so many trees and plants that only grow in the south that it made... More

Just a 30 minute drive away from the Disney area is this garden which has the most amazing plants and view. You can just sit near the lake or wander around and see the rose garden, the wedding site or just walk around and encounter exotic trees like the sausage tree.
