If you want to escape the crowds and excitement of Disney for a day, then this is the place to visit. Beautiful gardens, very relaxing and interesting history. We strolled slowly and quitely, enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful, vast garden which is both interesting and relaxing. My husband is an ametuer botanist and could have spent all day here, he took more pictures here than everywhere else on our vacation combined! Even for someone less plant obsessed, such as myself, it was beautiful, well kept and full of unusual plants providing a nice change of pace and... More

This was such a nice day. he gardens are beautiful and the guided tour of the house was fantastic. The guide was just amazing. So entertaining and knowledgeable. There is nowhere to have a tea or snack but the lady recommended a restaurant close by and it was nice. They have a small store but a little place to break... More

When I first got here. There is a very nice lady at the door who greeted me. But when I walked inside I did not feel the most welcomed. I am at younger maybe not the garden looking type. But I appreciate nature and its presence. I did not let that one person discourage me. I went in and walked... More

My husband of 44 years and I visit Leu Gardens on the first Monday of the Month. It is free!!! When we walk into the gardens we see old oak trees with Spanish moss hanging, blankets spread around with families gathered enjoying a sunny day and a picnic. Many paths to explore with all types of natures beauty. We visit... More

We spent about three hours here just leisurely strolling through the various gardens. There are multiple gardens showcasing a wide variety of plants and flowers. Roses were just going out of season. Camellias were in bloom. There was a vegetable garden, as well as a citrus garden. There were several idea gardens for the do it yourself types. Very well... More

Leu Gardens is a great place to spend a leisurely afternoon (especially when the weather is cool). Forests, flowers, fruits & gardens. Just a beautiful place to enjoy nature and see some Florida history.

The $10 per person admission fee includes unlimited time wandering around the gardens and a very well guided tour of the house. Our tour guide was quite interesting with lots of little tidbits of the lives of the fascinating people who owned the property and lived in the house on the grounds. The gardens are large, well thought out, and... More

A very nice way to spend 2 hours. The garden has a nice layout and is well cared for. The house tour is a nice bonus. The gift shop is a little disappointing.

Leu Gardens, Winter Park, Florida Visited Leu Gardens on Saturday, December 27th, 2014. The entry fee is $10 per adult and they only offer high student discounts. The place is just beautiful!! There are short hiking trails within the gardens, lots of trees and flowers. The park is divided in sections, for example: rose garden, citrus garden, herbs and vegetable... More
