This place reminded me of a Scooby Doo ghost town. There were only 10 shops open and even those I wasn't entirely sure were open (They're dark, doors closed etc). I was hoping... read more

Pointe Orlando was a short walk away from our Sonesta Es suite on I-Drive. Some places are still being re-furbished but it still has a great look about it and good shops/restaurants. We ate the Copper Canyon in a room to the side- felt like private dining ! We also went to the movies there to see Jurassic World and... More

This place reminded me of a Scooby Doo ghost town. There were only 10 shops open and even those I wasn't entirely sure were open (They're dark, doors closed etc). I was hoping to do a little shopping but there wasn't much. There's a Hollister if you're into that. The saving grace I is the restaurants. Unfortunately I can't just... More

Our favorite Orlando hotel - priced right, great staff and very nice rooms. Just a few minutes away from Disney and Universal and International Drive. Really like the jacuzzi suites with full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It's so nice to fly home with suitcases filled with clean clothes!

Pointe Orlando is better after the rehab effort, but the restaurants and the movie screens are still the only draw. If you want to venture out here the best bet is to take Universal Boulevard to the back of the parking garage. The front on International Drive is unpredictable traffic wise especially when a big show hits at the convention... More

Plenty of shops and every other business is actually a restaurant or pub, some of the higher end restaurants are up here like Capital Grill and the Oceanairre Seafood Room (mind you only had mediocre meals in both). BB Kings is ok too but they have a cover charge. Taverna Opa is OK too a bi t lively with OK... More

While the theatre boasts the only true IMAX screen in Orlando, the parking lot is so terribly designed that watching cool movies in IMAX 3D is SO not worth the hassle. I am actually writing this review in my car, having been stuck on the third floor for the last 30 minutes. Not moving. Additionally, the signage "directing" visitors in... More

A nice mix of restaurants but that's all I can really say about Pointe - when we stayed in June 2015 a lot of the shops were empty and it seemed like a ghost town in the day. At night it was a different story - the range of restaurants is great and it had a great atmosphere with all... More

Great for Copper Canyon and other eateries and the Tommy Hillfiger shop, but hopefully the upgrade it's undergoing will improve it as looks like lots of shops closing as the new Orlando eye park opens..

There are a lot of empty storefronts and looks like retail stores are having a tough time here. Huge selection of restaurants and nightlife, so come here for dining and entertainment.

This used be a good place to visit for shopping, eating and the cinema. Unfortunately it is a little run down now. They have been trying to upgrade what is there but they still have a long way to go. Shopping is disappointing, although there are a quite a few places to eat. The cinema is still open. You do have... More
