"Disney's BoardWalk area contains more than 90,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. It encompasses Crescent Lake and is ""a village on the water"" near many Disney Resort hotels in Walt Disney World Resort. This quarter-mile entertainment, dining and shopping area is also conveniently close to 2 Disney Theme Parks. With sherbet-colored building facades, striped awnings, rising columns and archways, Disney's BoardWalk is designed after the boardwalks that were famous during the turn of the 20th century along such coastal cities as Coney Island, New York and Atlantic City, New Jersey.Stroll along Disney's BoardWalk during the day to explore the unusual shops and restaurants. When the sun cools down, the nightlife heats up with street performers, food vendors, midway games and lots of live entertainment.

Disney's Boardwalk

Very nice and calm place to spend sometime outside the parks and still feel the magic. Good restaurants and places for adults.

Wow - the Americans do things with a huge wow factor - we had a lovely walk around the boardwalk before going for a meal with my family as it was our last night in Disney before going to spend a few days on the West Coast of Florida. There was an outdoor movie for the children and Mum's and... More

Lovely area to visit & nice atmosphere. Nice to Walk around & you can access Epcot from here if you have Disney tickets. Restaurants are pricey for what they offer - especially avoid Flying Fish Cafe - overpriced, pretentious & awful food!) Trattoria is OK but through the wall pizza hatch & Boardwalk bakery are a far better option if... More

We wwere in town for Legoland and decided to stop by here and spend a day. Took the kids to lunch at Planet Hollywood and a day around the boardwalk. We went to Disney Quest which to me was alittle over priced especially since there is not very much for little kids to do so we pay alot and they... More

Well we are bias a bit as the boardwalk is based off of the "JERSEY SHORE" so hey we LOVE it. We rented the bikes and had a blast. Those things can go fast. We rented the 5 bike seater! It was an experience that the kids will always remember! Love making memories! Love the ferry ride as well!

First night in town we went with a friend to the Boardwalk. Great shops and restaurants, art galleries, and the water!!!! If you are handicapped they don't charge you for parking even with valet. We didn't have our sticker but my husband showed his handicapped drivers license and they returned his fee. The boardwalk is a great place to enjoy... More

Loads of shops, with a lot of variety. It's just a shame you have to go out of your way to get there. It would be a better set up like universal, if the boardwalk was a walk through to the magical kingdom. I think they would get more people visiting then. We went quite Kat at night after the... The BoardWalk is absolutely amazing. You don't have to pay to get in, and it has great restaurants and atmosphere. At night, magicians and performers crowd the area, and old-fashioned carnival games are around every corner. There's a few notable places here, including Jellyrolls, a dueling-piano restaurant, Atlantic Dance Hall, a restaurant that doubles as a packed party. There's also... More
