My boyfriend surprised me with this tour and I was literally shocked as I never thought in a million years I would get to go! I am a big-big Walt Disney fan along with Disney World. He was worried that this tour would take the fun out of it (or ruin the magic of Disney) for me because you see... More

How do they do that? Well go on the backstage magic tour and you will find out. You really need a good guide with lots of years with Disney otherwise they won't be able to answer all your questions. Don't expect to be able to take pictures as this tour is for your eyes and stories only. It's worth it... More

My sister and I went on this tour while we visited Ft. Wilderness. I must say it was quite enlightening about how the entire place works. Really amazing operation. I must admit that I have not visited WDW in years, since my kids were little so I was not as up to speed with others in the tour who have... More

I think that your tour guide is the secret to this attraction. I've now done this tour twice and one was more enjoyable and more informative than the other. However, either way it is still magical and gives you the inside track to so many of the secrets and illusions that we all enjoy while visiting the "most magical place... More

If you are a Disney enthusiast and you haven't had a chance to go behind the scenes, this is a good way to spend the day. We broke our trip up with this tour and it was nice to get away from the crowds. It is pricey and the value will depend upon your interest and enthusiasm for the park.... More

This tour delivered exactly what they promised on their website. Everything about Disney is about quality, and they provide that here too. It's expensive, so it would probably be worth it to do some background research into Disney (if you're not already an expert already). Come with a lot of questions as well. Had James as our tour guide -... More

I participated in January 2013. Though the tour delivers exactly what is described on their website, I'm a Disney fan and I was so looking forward to it, I was somewhat disappointed ("still waiting for the magic" as one woman on the tour said; I agree). You do see the famous utilidors. They look and smell like the service areas... More

It was very interesting, especially the utilidors in MK. Not sure that it was worth the money but glad we did it once. And we got Mickey ponchos, a pin and lunch at Whispering Canyon (which was well worth the tour)!

Lots of things to see and lots of fun. I learned a lot and would recommend this to anyone over 16. This is the age cut-off for any Disney Tour.

We previously did two backstage tours at Disney World: Undiscovered Future World and Behind the Seeds at Epcot. We really enjoyed both of those tours and were hoping this would be a similar experience. While Backstage Magic was good, it did not live up to our expectations. Others have already mentioned what you get to see in this tour: American... More
