We visited Typhoon Lagoon last summer and we will do it again this summer. We just came back from Disney World on April 6, and we didn't visit the lagoon until the water warms up.

We were staying for 10 days in april at the all star movies resort. My husband was taking the typhoon lagoon bus to meet us for lunch. He passed out on the bus. A nice lady who was riding the bus who was a nurse noticed my husbands distress and told the disney people. The good news is they took... More

We had a great time at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. The park is very clean which includes the bathrooms and changing areas. The park has a few areas designated for smaller children and a few water slides for the teens. Everyone enjoyed the wave pool which was a big splash!! haha! I would suggest to purchase the ice cream... More

Time flies when you are having fun. My only complaint was that the park closed at five. Way too early...park was still packed! Loved all the rides and never waited too long. Disney always does it right. Except.. the abrasive floor of the wave pool. Ouch! Just don't fall. Great time had by all!

read the othert reviews if you want to know about the park. We much preferred it to Wet and Wild as it is themed, really well cared for and a great environment. However they really need a longer playlist, they have surfy themed music on a loop and as we were by one of the places that was playing it... More

Nice watermark that isn't too intrusive and does feel like everyone is on to off you. Nicely laid out. Big wave is fun but watch out for the pool floor as is very abrasive. Our little one got tumbled in the surf and scratched his back quite badly. Safety other than that is okay.

Tried this and Aquatica on our visit to Florida, this park kicked aquatica for a day out. The queues never became too long even though the park felt busy, the small kids area was very good and the slides near the main pool were also popular. Wave pool was excellent fun and a real centre piece to the park that... More

This was our first visit. The wave pool was great and the lazy river is long and a nice way to see the park. The kids area was also good, especially for under 4s. Plenty of facilities available and good to see so many lifeguards. A really enjoyable day. Get there for opening, it gets very busy a few hours... More

We had a fantastic day at Typhoon Lagoon. We spent the first full day of our two week stay in Orlando here, only problem we encountered was when we tried to go back for a second day it was closed due to 'inclement' weather! Be warned they do not open if it is not over a certain temperature, but probably... More

We love typhoon lagoon and this year we saw it differently with our 3 year old daughter with us. Rather than doing the big slides, we let the little one do her thing and go on the kids slides, play with the fire hoses and generally get used to being in the water, with the splashing etc so she learns...
