When we hired towels from this attraction we were not given/mislaid the receipt, when we returned the towels and could not produce the receipt we were unable to get our towel deposit back. The attendants serving on the counter basically accused us of stealing the towels from our hotel to get the $3 deposit - so much for the reviews... more

Quick history lesson. Upon entering Wet n Wild you can see a plaque dedicated to George Millay. Millay, who passed away in 2006, created Wet n Wild in 1977 (along with SeaWorld in 1964). Both parks have become huge successes - indeed, Wet n Wild was hailed as the first major American waterpark - and both have opened other parks... more

This is an amazing Water Park for families as all of the rides are on inflatables for between 2 and 4 people. You have to go with at least 2 people wanting to go on the flumes because there is only 2 incredibly steep drop slides for single users. The rides here are brilliant and when we were there in... more

lovely place been there every year we have been there, but this year you have to pay for rental of a float to float in the lazy river and locker charges have gone up, floats used to be free in the lazy river, some staff at the food places were rude. more

Wet 'n Wild was right opposite our hotel so on our first day in Orlando, we walked across the road to enjoy the park. It's not the prettiest park in Orlando but its fun, easy to get around, clean and safe. My two children ran off to enjoy the water and attractions whilst us adults caught some sun on the... more

I went to Wet 'n Wild on June 30, 2009 with my 22-year-old sister and 13- and 15-year-old cousins (I am 23). The weather wasn't so great -- it was grey for most of the day and drizzled quite a bit, but this did not put a damper on the fun we had, and helped us as we waited in... more

There's some great rides here and most of the bigger ones are suitable for smaller children as long as they are accompanied by an adult. There's also plenty for little kids - I was a bit gutted at being too old to go on the inflatable dome thing! For adults, the near vertical drops of Der Stuka and Bomb Bay... more

This was a very good water park. But by noon the line ups were getting long. It's tough standing in the hot sun waiting for your 2 minute ride to commence! We got through most of the adult rides by noon. DO NOT purchase the tube rental if you are going to get there early enough. You don't need them.... more

We're a couple of kids in senior bodies & we loved the rides! We really enjoyed Brain Wash, Disco & the Black Hole. The lines were not too long, we enjoyed the rest while we were waiting. There wasn't so much walking. Our only problem was dragging the large tube up the circular ramp at Brain Wash & we resented... more

Even though our day was cut short by an early afternoon rain (that just would not stop) we all had a blast on the assortment of fun rides. I was with adults and teens and there was plenty to do...lines not too bad...visit 8/21/09 more
