This was my first trip to Gatorland and i loved it. Went during the day and also for the nightshine tour. Would definatley recomend doing the nightshine tour! You get to feed the alligators at night plus go backstage where you get to hold and interact with a whole host of reptiles. The staff there are superb and very welcoming.... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The shows were excellent and there's loads to see. Alligators of all shapes, sizes and colour. The aviary was great too, feeding the birds out of our hands. Just give the train a miss, not very exciting!

We were doing Disney World and as part of a large group the others voted to see Gatorland rather than Sea World. There's a small water park and a variety of animals in their zoo. The food was terrible and there really are no options. The kids were entertained, but it was not something I would go for if it... More

Gatorland was a big hit with my family. You could spend the whole day there exploring, but if you dont have that much time a couple of hours would see most. My 9 year old loved it..paid extra to feed the gators up close which he really loved. Avoid sitting in the front row of the Up Close Show....you might... More

I would only recommend this place if you had a free day in Orlando and had already done everything else. It is interesting, yes, but you can only be fascinated by reptiles for so long. I will comment that it has some little novelties (like getting your photo taken with snakes/gators or seeing the albino gators), but the place can... More

Worth a visit if your in Orlando, No where near as busy as the Main Parks, Which makes a nice change, Probably only need a half day there but its a good day out, The staff are very friendly and informative.

I went to Gatorland just last week. The place is OK, a lot of alligators, but that's it. The shows are ok, but just long 15 minutes each. there are just 3 shows in the mornings, and repeat the same shows in the afternoon. $10 for a picture with the alligators is too much, $25 for the Zip lined is... We visited Gatorland during Spring Break and did Zip ling. The experience was amazing and exhilarating because we zip lined above the gators. The only thing that I didn't like is that they discourage you to take your cameras and cell phones even though it is safely tucked in the pockets. The reason was they want people to buy their CD'S... Overall we enjoyed the quirkiness of this place. The staff were on the whole friendly and the informative signs around the place are light hearted. We went an hour and a half before closing time so got half price entry, however we'd been excited at the prospect of zip-lining but hadn't factored that this would be around $70 dollars per... More
