We went to the Animal Kingdom on our third day and we were well into the swing of the holiday. Like all the Disney parks it is run like clockwork, staff are everywhere and knowledgable, friendly and happy. The actual park and facilities are spotless and presides the hour and a half lunchtimes the queues for food and drink are... More

Overall great day for kids. Not many rides, but tons of animals to see and really experience the outdoors.

This is one of my favourites and has just got better. More chilled than the other Disney parks with places to escape the maddening crowd, but also new rides such as Everest which is pretty awesome and scary !

I guess my expectations were too high. I was thinking, this is Disney... They can have anything here at this zoo, what are they going to have that other zoo's don't thats going to blow my mind. But it was just another Zoo. Don't get me wrong, I loved it and enjoyed it. Would I go back? Probably not.. I... More

This was my favorite park at Disney because it was completely different than the rest of the parks. There is not much air conditioning but there are so many huge trees there is shade everywhere. There are so many trees it really does feel like your walking in the middle of a forrest the entire time. If you go to... More

Timing the safari for the animal ride is everything. Too early no animals out to see, too late same thing. Otherwise not a lot of rides but very enjoyable walk around, learned a lot about the different animals.

I live in Orlando, FL. We have been many many times, with various age groups and also just the 2 of us. The best time of year to go, in our opinion is April - May. The weather is generally nice. Summer is too hot for humans and also the animals. They tend to not do much in the heat.... More

Of all the Disney Parks, this is my favorite. It combines the qualities of a first class animal encounter experience with many different entertainment options. You will want to take the safari ride early in the day while the animals are still active. After the safari ride, there is another viewing area where you can look into the gorilla enclosure... More
