We went to the Animal Kingdom last week and found that several areas were boarded up from view and closed. The Flame Tree restaurant, one of our favorites, Kali River Rapids, and the giant bats were just a few of the areas included. Many viewing areas were fenced off, thus hiding the beauty of the park and making the small... More

We didn't have much time to spend at Animal Kingdom. We got there early for extra magic hours. Knew that we wouldn't have much time at this park. Went straight to Expedition Everest to ride this ride several times and then to the Safari. The animals are much more active in January than when we've been here in September (very... More

Overall, we had a very fun day at Animal Kingdom. Lots of wild animals to see, and it seems like Disney is doing great things for conservation! However, we found that our 4 year old was disappointed in the lack of rides he could go on. If you have kids who LOVE animals, then this is the place for you.... More

After doing the other disney parks we kept animal kingdom for our last day at disney as we felt it was a quieter and more relaxing park and we where right. The park has a laid back feel it was a welcome break. We really enjoyed the animal safari and the guide was really helpful at one stage we where... More

Our family enjoyed more this than any other park in Orlando. Our daughter was so excited enjoying all the animals, the attractions, etc. 100% it is a must to visit if you want to give a great day to a kid

Animal Kingdom is my least favourite of the 4 parks in Walt Disney World but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, and I'm sure you will too! I visited once in the summer of 2014. I was really impressed with how immersive the park felt, especially at the entrance. It is so green from the trees and foliage, it... More

The best attractions at this park are the safari and Expedition Everest (roller coaster). The best time to go on the safari is first thing in the morning when the animals are most active.

We have visited this park many times. There is a fair amount of construction going on in the park at this time but it does take away from the experience. The food is very good in this park. You can get some different foods beyond the usual amusement park food. There are thrill rides, musical shows and live animals which... More

Of all of the parks at Disney World, Animal Kingdom is our favorite. We love the combination of the animals and the rides. We think Expedition Everest is the best ride in any of the parks and we went on it twice. The Primeval Whirl is also lots of fun. We enjoyed the Flights of Wonder bored show, and the... More

This is a great park, if you like animals and animal shows. The layout is quirky so you have to be willing to take it slow. You can not rush through this park, there are two many hills and narrow sections. However, if you take it slow and check out all the animals, especially the safari ride, you can have... More
