great place to go to ..lots of attractions, a bit adultie..lots of theme shows.. we went to the park in the Christmas time 2013; so you can guess the crowds..massive lines for everything including going to the rest rooms! So all in all - there is magic there but you gotta share it with hordes of humanity!!

Another great attraction for families, a real mix of attractions including one coaster, shows are really amusing my favourite being shrek a 4d experience also another ride that you should not miss is transformers this is very similar to spider man from ioa but in my opinion much better in terms of thrill and experience.

Decided to do Universal in the morning and Islands of Adventure in the afternoon. We had previously done Universal in California which was brilliant, but here it was really poor. The place was practically deserted which meant no queues as such. We did Shrek 4D and ET ride but apart from that, there wasn't much of interest to us. Had... More

Loved this park. Lots to see and do. Harry Potter ride a must. All simulated rides were fantastic. Didn't ride the roller coasters but those who did said they were fabulous! This up to date park puts Disney to shame.

Universal is really good. I love going there. When i hear the word theme park I think of Universal and Disney.

The attractions are great, but I did not enjoy the experience of the park. In general, lines were long and the park does not do a good job in making guests welcome. When you compare to the Disney benchmark, park does not offer good wifi service, does not have an app that shows waiting times in rides and the average... More

Lots to do, plan on spending more than 1 day here. Fast pass is highly recommended for this theme park.

After paying 300 dollars for 2 days 1 day free park to park, then parking fees, to finally get inside to discover 120-145 min waits for every ride, was disheartening. The first day I was lucky because we went late and we bypassed a few lines and a nice guy gave us his fast pass. The most disturbing is spending... More

Universal has some great attractions (believe it or not the "animal actors" show was our favorite after harry potter!) but its fee structure is, to put it bluntly, obscene. More expensive than Disney (that's right -- more expensive) it piles it on by CHARGING EXTRA for a VIP pass, which is in effect a fastpass for all rides except a... More
