This state park has great trails and the 90 minute glass bottom boat tour is well worth the money. We went twice. The first time we saw loads of the monkeys, alligators, fowl and fish. The second time the monkeys were in hiding. It is the luck of the draw but the scenery is great with or without the wildlife.... More

I love this river! crystal clear waters and great walking scenery. The only down fall is sometimes it is a bit crowded.

If you have a boat then it would be a great scenic ride. Idle speed required. Pretty area. No access from the shore lines due to heavy trees and brush.

It was incredible to be on the river in my own kayak. We took our kids and the paddle was amazing. The water is so... More

Fantastic tranquil place to view natural springs. With glass bottom boats, kayaks. Worth evry cent of admission. Great place to spend the day in and around the springs.

Words really cannot adequately describe the mixture of tranquility paired with the thrill of meeting alligators, native birds, and sometimes even wild monkeys up close and personal while floating along the beautiful blue springs that seem like a Disney ride. A must do for anyone with even the slightest spirit of adventure while visiting Silver Springs.

Silver Springs River park is a quite and tranquil area where you can be alone to think, have picnics with family or hold company functions and outings. I enjoy the trails through the area just to reset a busy life. I'm always thrilled to see wildlife and hear the songbirds through my walks. I have been here many times and... More
