If you're expecting Disney World - it's not. It's not even a real shell factory. But, it is fun! We go there every couple of years just as a random family outing. The kids absolutely love the petting zoo and the bumper boats and it's fun to just walk around the souvenir shop. It's like stepping into a time machine... More

We went to Shell Factory for pictures with Santa Claus and were pleasantly surprised by the stores, restaurants and nature park. "Hootie" the owl was sight to see and all the other animals were great also. What an amazing and comfortable local and family owned treasure. Definitely worth stopping by if you are a tourist. Charming locale!!

If you are visiting, make sure you merely expect a fun little animal park. The birds were our favorite part! They were friendly and entertaining. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The gift shop was overwhelming (size), and the mini golf needs a complete upgrade, it's in decent enough shape...it just seemed so "blah." We did complete ten of the 18... More

This is the real deal if you get a kick out of old Florida Landmark attractions. There is something for everyone of every age. From the Soaring Eagle Zip Line, bumper boats and lots more you will have fun. The Nature Park is worth the trip all by itself. Really fun for kids of all ages. The store has everything... More

The nature park is always fun to do with children and visitors. Many animals to see and my kids love to feed seed to the birds, and hay to the cows and goats. Staff are friendly and the shops are a must visit afterwards.

There was nothing here I would consider buying. I found it to be just another tacky souvenir shop. I did not go to the zip line or the museum.

I grew up in the area, and have been coming to the Shell Factory since I was a little child. It has changed much since then, but still a neat place to go. The staff is very nice. I love especially, the year round Christmas section at the Shell Factory. And the fudge shop - very good fudge. I love... More

These guys stock all kinds of trinkets and goodies from all over the country. Unique nautical related items. minerals and SHELLS are predominate. Takes about 1/2 hour to shop the store. You can get real good ice cream and subs in the store too. We didn't see the nature park as it seemed kid oriented.

Shells, of course globally sourced. But also Christmas items year round and kids stuff and decorative items and dinasaurs and other fauna for kids to observe and feen. Nice seafood restaurant on site. Old florida designed for drive-by tourists. Easy to get to off 41 and business 41.
