Bob took us out one morning a couple of weeks ago and it was a great trip. The Buck Key tour is a great way to see Captiva, Pine Island Bay, and it's wildlife. I have gone out with them before and it always is a good experience. Bob gave us a history lesson of the area and even took... More

Our Adventure started with training from the staff on how to operate a kayak! They did a great job! We had 15 in our group and they divided the 6 children who had their own "kayak school" and the 9 adults who also had their own instructing. Because our group was so large we had 2 guides who talked about... More

We chartered a group trip and found the two guides to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The boats are in great condition, the location is easy to access with ample parking and a great spot on the water for both easier paddling around the shielded bay and easy access to the larger sound area. They also provide fantastic instruction before... More

We went on a kayaking tour with Dawn and she was full of great information. The kayaks were comfy and easy to use and she went at a great pace. Travelling through the mangrove tunnel was so beautiful. We saw manatees, ibis, little green heron, oysters, lightning whelks and about a million crabs. Plus a little snake swimming in the... More

We enjoyed a few hours kayaking. We saw lots of birds, learned about jumping mullets, and saw lots of manatees! Our guide made sure we knew how to kayak and he even found me an empty welk shell! I learned a lot and would do it again!

Several years ago, we kayaked with this company and had a great time! Our guide this time was Bob and he was very knowledgeable and helpful to all. We saw manatees, osprey, mangrove tree crabs, and the best was when Carl the cormorant sat on my kayak! Hope to come back next year!

Though it was way too windy to go kayaking or SUP-ing, these people were front and center for the rescue of a young osprey about two weeks from fledging who I guess while practicing flapping caught a breeze and ended up near the Kayak place. They kept people away so the bird wasn't frightened, called the local rehab place, CROW,... More

In late March 2015 my husband and I did the two-hour kayak tour offered by Adventure Sea Kayak. Our guide Bob was outstanding throughout the tour. He shared lots of interesting information about Captiva (ranging from history to current events to good restaurants in the area) and showed us wildlife throughout the tour. He also has an excellent sense of... More

My wife and I and our two teen daughters took a kayak tour with Dawn as our guide and had a great trip. Dawn was very knowledgeable about the estuary habitat of Pine Island Sound and we ended up learning a thing or two cleverly disguised as a fun adventure. We paddled the route through the mangrove tunnel of Buck... More

My husband and I went kayaking last week on a tour with Mark and we had a wonderful time. Adventure Sea Kayak is very helpful and accommodating. My husband is almost 6'6" and Brian suggested a time when he knew he could offer a kayak to fit him. It was a perfect fit. We saw lots of manatees as well... More
