We went on a guided kayak tour with this company and had a stellar experience all the way through. The owner Brian Houston recommended a tandem given one of us had never kayaked and that worked out great. He was also patient as we called a couple times trying to decide if we wanted to go sailing or kayaking with... More

Went with 4 girlfriends on a Sunday afternoon. Nick and Bob could not have been nicer and more informative. Warned us about the alligator family so we stayed safe 😄 would definitely rent from them again!

I rented a kayak here several times and fell in love with a big green Loon - I wanted to take photos of wildlife out in the mangroves, and Brian and Stephen picked that boat for me and that was perfect. Stephen was super nice and fun and helpful and actually waited for me when I wanted to go out... More

Brian Houston was great in organizing this event. He was very flexible given the uncertainty of the weather conditions during this time period. Stephen was our guide for the tour and he was very informative and quite knowledgeable in describing the areas and local history of the Buck Key area. Highly recommend this tour and hopefully it will be warmer... More

We had SUP lessons with Stephen, who did an amazing job getting us up on the boards and comfortable. The organization and facilities are first class, and the instructors - we met Brian, Stephen and Nick - are all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The best part was being nudged by a manatee while in the water! Highly recommended!

Our group of 6 had a great time on the night bioluminescent kayak tour with Stephen! After a brief review, he took us out in 3 double kayaks and we were immediately greeted by 2 manatees in the marina! We took a leisurely paddle while Stephen told us about the islands, the waters and their history until it became dark... More

Our fam took two double kayaks and had a blast through the mangrove forest and then we saw several manatees in the open water. Great gear and knowledgeable guides!!!

We are regular (annual) visitors to Captiva and this was my second encounter with Adventure Sea. This time we did a kayak tour. Nick was our guide and Stephen also assisted with set-up. The whole staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about not only the equipment but the area, and dealt with the child in our group with humor and... More

We talked to Brian the night before we wanted to rent kayaks on Captiva Island. Even thought it was after hours he spent 15 minutes with me on the phone planning our route and determining the best time of day to kayak based on the tides. The next day we were able to rent a sea kayak and spend the... More
