See how fast you crab is, have a beverage and enjoy a fun time for young and old alike. Stick around for dinner at the Crows Nest and on weekends stay for the band, all fun. Tween Waters is a great place for a local stay cation too! The pool bar has the best Cheeseburgers on the Island! Great Nachos... More

This form of entertainment is not only unique but was very entertaining and very very fun something you have to experience, I was so amazed of how much it brought out the competitiveness out of us lol,we enjoyed this event so much that we went to both the kids and then again to the adult version :)

When shows are advertised for families, it is assumed it is family friendly. We went to the 6pm "family" show. This is not for young children, or maybe any children. The host's humor is crude, full of sexual innuendos and not at all appropriate for children. The idea is great...picking out their racing crab, watching them race, winning a prize.... More

The Thursday night Nascrab Race at the bar at Tween Waters Inn is great adult entertainment and there is a "G" rated version earlier in the evening for families!

Not our first Crab race here on Captiva BUT our first adult crab race. Let's just say it didn't disappoint!!!! Our group of four really cleaned up. One of us was the banker, one the DJ, and three winners!! Fifth place, third place and drumroll please FIRST PLACE!! We had a blast. As far as being too risque?? Lets get... More

I hadn't been to the Nascrab races for a long time and was able to catch the 9 pm show. The MC is funny but he is kind of intense and somewhat pushy. Personally I didn't care for his humor but some people were really enjoying the show. It is like a comedy act where the comedian pokes fun at... More

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren when we decided to go to the Crow's Nest for the Crab Races. They had an early show that was touted as a "Family" show. The host was rude and obnoxious. He was so nasty to the crowd and picked out individuals in the room to shred into... More

I first wondered if the complaints about the MC were because people accidentally brought their children to the later (9pm) adult-themed show. Unfortunately, I was concerned with the MC comments made during the family show, including things like asking a woman "how much do you normally get" (prostitution joke) in front of her 6 year old daughter. I think it's... More

If you've never been to a NASCRAB race - you've got to see this! Lots of fun and entertainment. The guy that conducts these races is hilarious. Gets the crowd super involved. Best with a group of people. Don't think I've ever had a winning crab but I still go back.

The host was crude and rude. I was having fun with the table making jokes here and there, but I guess because I was funnier than him, he asked me to leave! The table guests said I didn't do anything wrong but he was serious. I left humiliated! The Manger of the establishment was shocked and apologized for the host... More
