We took the Marine Naturalist Adventure Cruise - sailing on a catamaran to North Captiva Island with a naturalist on board. We spent a half day learning about all the sea life including shells, manatees and dolphins. Lunch was included and was very good - a large sandwich from a local sandwich shoppe on the Island

We had such a great time last year on the dolphin tour last February that we decided to do it again this year. Not as many dolphins playing in the wake, but still lots of fun. To get the best action photos of the dolphins do NOT sit up top where they tell you, though. For good action shots you... More

We wanted to spend a couple of hours on the water under sail. So we paid about $95 for two tickets on the Captiva Cruises Sunset Cruise. We ordered tickets by phone, announced ourselves at the South Sea Resort entry kiosk, and were told to drive two miles (!) to the departure marina. So this is how the rich folks... More

This was the second time i have been to Ussepa and Cabbage Keys but the first time on Captiva Cruises. We were traveling with friends who have a son in a wheelchair. We checked to insure that he could make the cruise. The ticket person directed us to the cruise that could accommodate him. When we boarded the boat the... More

A perfect evening! A relaxing sail, some wine, some music, and then a gorgeous sunset. Elliot and George made sure that our cruise was perfect. They were very attentive to our comfort and relaxation. We all sang "Don't worry, be happy".

This cruise departs each Tuesday in season for Pine Island. The guide Richard Finkel and Captain Sean gave us a thorough tour and explanation of the past importance of Pine island sound to the fishing industry of the area and toThe marine life on the coast. We docked at the historic Tarpon Lodge where we had a great lunch and... More

Enjoyed a really nice sunset catamaran trip with Elliot and George. They were very attentive and positioned us perfectly for sunset. Everything was very relaxed. Elliot took the time to share some of his shark pictures and knowledge about sharks with my daughter (who is a huge shark fanatic) and husband, which she loved. We brought snacks on board and... Went on two cruises with our 3 young kids (youngest being 2 years old)- had an incredible time. The staff (who do these cruises daily) were fresh and full of fun information, facts and enthusiasm. Learned about the history, wildlife, watched dolphins chase the boat, had a lovely meal (Useppa) and hunted for shells (Cayo Costa). Staff hunted along side... More

The Lady Chadwick crew were very nice, friendly and helpful. The boat was two levels with lots of seating room. The day I went with a group of 14, was gorgeous. They have bar on board. The Mai Tais were the best I've had. Before and after the trip I saw a number of manatees in the marina where the... More

I took a Captiva Cruise to Cayo Costa. It was the only Island I had not visited. The day was bright and beautiful and the trip was awesome. It was the island that inspired "Cheeseburger in Paradise" This island has few residents but Lots of visitors. The only restaurant on the island serves over 1000 meals at lunch. Many boaters...
