We've enjoyed traveling from the South Seas Island Resort on the deck of the Lady Chadwick to Boca Grande and Useppa Island. The trips are beautiful and informative. Capt. Bob gave a lively talk on the natural history and history of the area from the Calusa indians to the present. He encouraged questions and was amusing without being corny. The... More

We booked a full day outing on Captiva Cruises in May of this year. The staff in the office and on the boat were terrific. I have to say that I liked that they were Knowledgeable and Professional without trying to be overly funny or cloying. I appreciated that, being treated like an adult is sometimes a rare thing when... More

A must trip if you are ever on Captiva Island, Florida. We just returned from an excursion to Useppa Island, Florida on Lady Chadwick via Captiva Cruises, Inc. Our departure was out of South Seas Q Dock at 10:00am. The boat ride took approx 1 hour and beverages and snacks are available onboard. We were given a fantastic narration of... More

We recently stayed on Captiva for a week and booked a half-day (Sat morning) shelling trip with Captiva Cruises. Let me say this up front, it was a beautiful day, full sun, warm, and we had found 50% off coupons at the Sanibel ice cream shop Pinocchio's. It would have hard NOTto have a geat trip. We had been on... More

Every January my husband and I always take the big Captiva Cruise boat to Cabbage Key or Useppa Island. It's always fun, there are always dolphins swimming with the boat, just a beautiful trip. The Captains are Coast Guard guys, as we've been told, and they know what they're doing. A great way to spend half the day. We'll probably... More

We did the Cabbage Key trip aboard the Lady Chadwick which left at 10 am took about an hour and fifteen min to ride to the island. Our guide was very knowledgable about the islands and the history which was very interesting. The boat was large with bottom deck covered which was good since is was quite cool and windy.... More

My boyfriend and I chose the Wildlife Adventure cruise and had a blast! The boat is stocked with snacks and drinks and the staff is friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to attract a pod of dolphins that put on a show for us, flipping in the waves and riding along with us for awhile. The pod even had... More

Booked a trip to Cabbage Key.... Good way to spend a day. Easy ride .. bay rather than Gulf water. The narrator was very good .. Telling all about what we were seeing, history of the islands, etc. Can't control weather ... Cold, windy going out (needed sweatshirts)' but beautiful coming back. Saw lots of dolphins ... chasing the boat... More

We stayed at the amazing resort on Captiva, there in the lobby were the pamphlets for Captiva Cruises with a 50% off coupon. I called them and booked the trip for 4 for the 3 hour sea shell trip. We had them charge it to our room and the next day we were at the Marina, where we picked up... More
