We were able to dock with no charge while we lunched at the hotel, poolside. Had a very good sandwich. We were disappointed the main restaurant wasn't open for lunch but lunching poolside was fun also.

Tween The Waters is a very large resort hotel. In the summer, there are loads of families--thus, lots of kids! The rooms vary greatly. Some are pretty tired and used, others are newer and nicer. We stayed In both. Their restaurant and bar, The Crow's Nest is surisimgly good! Service is very good too! Those waiters really hustle! "Skip" is... More

The beds were very uncomfortable. The airconditioner would not keep a consistant temp. and there was cockroaches and some other type of bugs that were kind of like cockroaches. We left early and I will not return.

Tween Waters was a relaxing, fun time. We lunched at the Oasis Poolside Bar . My grouper sandwich was juicy and delicious. Prices were reasonable and food was tasty. I enjoyed the huge heated swimming pool. The beautiful sugar sand beach is just across the street. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I'd do this one again.

Stay elsewhere. Security guards must be drinking on the job! Rude, obnoxious! Rooms were terrible. This place has no right calling itself a resort! Stay elsewhere!

We ate here once while visiting Captiva Island. The service was horrible. Our waitress was MIA most of the time. She never asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything. We asked her for normal things (cocktail sauce, the side of mashed potatoes she FORGOT) and her response each time was, "let me see if I can... More

Perfect days on a beautiful beach or sipping cocktails byt the pool...what's not to like? The room was great and the staff couldn't do enough to insure our comfort. The balcony we had overlooked the bay and we could watch the dolphins and manatees right from there. This was an outstanding experience.
