I went to Sea Dog Divers for my first non-course diving experience after my Open Water certification and it was quite incredible. Knowing my experience, the Divemaster made a point to stick with me throughout the dive and also show me around the wrecks we were looking at, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. They were incredibly helpful... More

The diving was good! We dove a couple of shipwrecks that were about 12 miles off the coast. Saw tons of fish, octopus, and a goliath grouper! The water in April is pretty cold, so pack accordingly!

I live inland and have been trying to complete my checkout dives for months. I was going to be spending the weekend in New Smyrna and called the shop with 3 days notice to see if they could fit me in a group. They accommodated me despite the short notice and the dives were great. I felt like I was... More

Went out for a two tank dive with Keith the divemaster and a few others. Luckily the seas were fairly calm so we were able to anchor on a couple of wrecks. Visibility was not good, maybe 12', but even so, I saw lots of fish...Thousands of small fish hanging around the wreck, a big jewfish, baracuda, lionfish, queen angels... More

First time diving in New Smyrna Beach, and could not have found a better dive shop! The guys were all very accomodating and very helpful from the time we arrived till we were back at the shop. If you are diving in ghis area, you should dive with Sea Dog!!!

My buddy and I did two dives with Sea Dog Divers. The first one was the Rio Yuna wreck and the second one was the Atlas Barge. As we arrived at the diving center, we were welcomed by this very pleasant gentleman name Keith. He took the time to help us choose the equipment we need to rent, by the... More

We were staying at Daytona Beach & wanted a dive trip while on vacation. We found Sea Dog Divers just a short distance south at New Smyrna Beach. The shop accomodated us with all the equipment we needed at a reasonable price. We were 2 ladies with 3 other gentlemen passengers & 3 gentlemen crew members. At no time did... More

I decided to dive this area while on vacation. Great decision. I had no equipment with me. Staff was very helpful getting me set up. Dive masters and captain very fun. Saw lots of huge grouper. Many different fish. The ships were interesting. Swim-thru with Rio. Felt very comfortable. Thumbs up!
