Two marvelous hours on the water with all the birds, fish and dolphins you could ask for - our guide Traci and boat Captain Scott were the best. He even knows how to talk to Osprey. They were knowledgeable, entertaining, informative and gave us a great "ride". We were on the 2 hour dolphin excursion and there is a charge... More

The People that work in the Marine Discovery place are very well informed of everything that is related to marine life. I learned a lot from all the information they gave to me. The gift store has very cool things and also some live marine animals like shark, lobster, fishes, hermit crabs etc. It is a great place for kids. If you... More

This facility has two area with small sea animals to view. Good for children. They mainly work on preservation of the surrounding lagoon and also track the sea turtle population during their season of laying eggs. Nice gift shop. Free

My daughter and I went on a guided kayak tour with Lisa. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. All the employees were very informative, and really have a fun way of sharing their knowledge. You can tell they love what they do, which is a refreshing thing to see! They are doing amazing things for the local... More

We took the grandkids and it was super fun. Everyone who works here is happy to explain things to the children. One gentleman even took extra time with my grandson to show him things about owls after the presentation was over. The kids LOVED the sting ray pool. They also have many children and adult programs, coordinate kayaking trips and... More

If you're looking for an enjoyable afternoon boat ride we can't say enough about this one in New Smyrna Beach! The captain was super--keeping watch on the water and taking us into the areas where he saw manatees and dolphins surfacing on the water. The information disseminated during our 2 hour tour was by a knowledgeable young lady. We learned... More

Very nice folks with info about all the critters and possible activities. We did not go on the boat tour, but it seems cool. Liked seeing the displays and marine life. An unassuming yet fun place.

Not to be missed. Kids and adults can enjoy the displays and especially any of the Eco tours on the pontoon boat. New Smyrna is a quiet jewel with so much nature to be enjoyed.
