What if you go to a spa, and pay $240 for a treatment, and when you get there you are given a robe to wear that is dirty, old, stained and looks like it belongs on the rack at Goodwill? That is exactly what happened to me. I cannot for the life of me understand why this spa has not... More

I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had at The Spa and greatly appreciate your taking the time to let me know. I can assure you the experience you outlined in your review is absolutely not the standard of service that we provide to our guests. I have already addressed your concerns with our laundry and spa teams to... More

My family of 4 enjoyed all the spa services. I have two teen age boys who have busy schedules. With their hair getting long I scheduled appointments at the salon. Both boys received the best hair cut, ever! They also had facials that focused on teenage skin. They really enjoyed getting pampered and their skin radiated. My husband and I... More

I am somewhat exacting when it comes to spas & spa treatments. This spa is LOVELY! So quite & serene (even on the third floor outdoor mineral pool & lounge it is quiet)! It feels, looks & even smells like a world class spa should. It is obvious at every turn & through every doorway that my comfort & relaxation... More

Spent a half day there, massage, sauna etc. a really enjoyable experience. We rarely use the spa services of a hotel but were really glad we did this time. The facility is user friendly to even a novice and the staff is very helpful if you need it.

So when I checked in our valet gave us coupons for $50 off at the spa which I was looking forward to. The relaxation areas were fine but it always seemed that there were too many people talking. I've been to spas all over the world and the best ones that I like have darkened quiet rooms that discourage talking... More

My sisters and I received treatments in December 2012. The spa itself is beautiful and the rooms, receiving area, and foyer are lovely. The facial treatment was calming and it included some traditional components, like a steam treatment that I seldom see practiced anymore. However, all three of us were treated by estheticians that talked throughout our entire treatments. We... More

Had a really good visit, but I wished I had planned more time for the experience. If you go, have a lot of time before and after to use the facilities, including the rooftop pool. My biggest complaint was that they spelled my name wrong, and so kept calling me by a name that started with a B instead of... More

I enjoyed a wonderful 50 minute body treatment at the spa followed by the perfect lunch! It was the most relaxing spa experience I have had in a very long time. And lunch at H2O was divine! The food was light and healthy but extremely flavorful. The only bad part was having to leave to attend a conference I was... More

Ok, so you have been to a spa right? But you really haven't until you have gone here. After the best facial imaginable and the best massage and Mani pedi ......take a relaxing dip in the mineral pool overlooking the ocean. Yes, it is heaven. What a wonderful way to relax.
