Not too difficult, nice and flat but be prepared with extra ball due to a lot of water and impenetrable rough. This time there were three alligators on the course when we usually just see one sunning himself alongside a pond. Great staff and well groomed. No sand traps, but hardpan around the greens instead.

When a member of staff says that they haven't seen anyone on the 8th or 9th for a long time and it is backed up by 4 groups you know the problem is not the ignorant golfers who honestly don't know any better, it's the really poor management of the golf course. A waste of $100 I'm afraid and so... More

Very lush Resort Course. Not too hard and an excellent pace of play - 3 hrs! Staff were very nice as well.

the course is nice. no houses but trees (parkland course) . challenging and in good shape. you need to have a birdie book as there are no signs or anything at the tee boxes where you could see the layout . Staff was very friendly. Very good pace of play. a bit overpriced but not too crowded which makes it... More

Played this course for the first time and while the course is not of the caliber of say Treviso Bay (in terms of grounds keeping), it is still a very nice course with just the right amount of challenges. What was also nice was that it was not too busy (it was a Monday) which allowed us to play at... More

I enjoy playing Raptor Bay. It's an Audubon Sanctuary with no houses bordering the course. Interestingly there are no sand traps, only hardpan waste areas. It also is not as long as most courses seem to need to be, about 6500 from the back tees. There is even an eagles' nest on the back nine.

Played Raptor yesterday and was disappointed in the course While the off season rate was great the greens were much too slow There are no sand bunkers around the greens to stop your ball from failing off the severe slopes of the greens While the overall slope rating is low there is no way to hold your ball on the... The course has some challenges, like elevated greens, hazards and pace of play at times. It also public play which is helpful in the area. The staff was helpful facilities and carts well maintained. Clubhouse is nice and the food is very good for the 19th. Overall for the area, a very good Public course offering.

Visiting from Wisconsin to enjoy the Florida weather, this course was close to our hotel. Nice facility with helpful staff. We were late for our tee time because of a rain storm so they let us tee off on the "back" nine. Challenging course we enjoyed a lot.
