It's quite a shame that I had called to ask a few questions because I was very interested in trying out the facility and was treated quite rude. I was going to drive 2.5 hours to visit. Upon calling during business hours I was told to just look at the website. The woman was not nice and was trying to... More

We weren't aware of all entailed in benefits of salt caves. Staff very welcoming, informative while we experienced the halotherspy session. Whether going for energizing spa session or other services, you'll wonder why you hadn't heard of this before. We'll be back!

Took my mom to enjoy the salt cave therapy for respiratory issues. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Cave is well laid out very relaxing. Husband also enjoyed the infrared sauna...he loved it. Very therapeutic. We found this on vacation, only wish we lived close. Go enjoy it for yourselves. Look up the healing power of salt!

The personnel were curt and not helpful. Customer comfort and satisfaction were of no concern. I liked the session but never felt welcome to be there

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how grateful I am for having come to the Salt Cave in Naples in February 2014. I planned on coming in for a foot bath detox, but I accomplished so much more! I am a 45 year old active mother of four. Three weeks before my arrival at the Salt... More

My friend, Sally & I visited the  Naples Salt Cave the morning of Friday, 3/28/14. We were the only two patrons there when it opened @ 11 am.  A woman let us in. I mentioned I had seen the FOX news spot, and we were interested in a halotherapy session. This obviously annoyed her as she must have thought we... More

We booked the afternoon for three people for two services each. En route we encountered a car accident that delayed us. We called to say we would be arriving ten minutes late. The phone said " we are unavailable." We arrived ten minutes late and waited for ten minutes to get waited on while a lady looked around to purchase... More

....the Salt Cave in Naples, FL is one place that can rid you of years of toxins, heal damaged lungs and give you an overall good feeling. Combining both a body treatment with the Cave is very helpful and speeds up the releasing of years of abuse we have done to our body. For anyone to think that one treatment... More

I went to the salt caves as I have allergies and have had pneumonia twice; I thought the experience would be beneficial to my breathing etc. While the experience was very relaxing and I did nap during the hour, I did not experience any relief and did not feel that repeated "treatments" would be helpful. The staff however are lovely... More
