5th ave s is a collection of great Resteraunts and watering holes. Home of the largest parade in Florida (St Patrick's day) there is always something to do. The Christmas and holiday celebrations are 2nd to none.

A really nice area, felt very safe with lots of lovely restaurants for evening meals and casual cafes during the day. Plenty of quirky shops .. also designer shops too.We stayed around the corner at the Trianon hotel and visited the street a lot just before Thanksgiving and the Christmas lights were lovely. Can recommend eating outside on the street... More

Stopped in for a late evening coffee. Sat on the main street and watched expensive cars and early party-goers go by. Should have done some window shopping.

Always a delight to walk along 3rd and 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. Especially now with the Christmas season in full swing. Brightly decorated palms along the road, lots of people just enjoying an evening stroll. Just having returned from dining al fresco at Tommy Bahama's listening to the wonderful live island music, puts you in a great mood, even... More

It is the historic district of Naples one 'has to see'. Some nice shops but a lot of real estate offices too. The rest is restaurants. They have art shows and other gatherings in the street. It is Down Town Naples.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Some nice individual shops and nice restaurants. Have attended the very colourful wine and food tasting evening with great entertainment in November, and the Christmas festivities in December, both very entertaining and well organised. Parking is free both on the street and in the multi storey.
