Well established. A boat ride takes you by wee islands populated by primates and lemurs. Good representation of animals from Africa, Asia, and South and north america. Daily educational shows featuring unique reptiles and mammals and birds.

I just love the Naples Zoo & Caribbean Gardens. It is small, but very clean and all the animals are well-kept. My favorites are the giraffes (which you can feed for $5) and the demonstrations which are given at different areas throughout the day. Collier County residents can visit for FREE on the first Saturday of every month and I... More

We are Naples locals, and annual family pass holders for the Naples Zoo. We find it to be an excellent zoo. It's currently undergoing some much-needed updating/renovations. But don't let that dryer you! We find it to be a very manageable zoo size-wise. In Naples, one must always consider the heat when walking outdoors. This zoo is smaller, but stocked... More

Naples Zoo us quite small but has a very easy and accessible feel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for a short day out with the family. Sadly during our visit renovations and updates meant we didn't get to see the Alligator feeding and a couple of other attractions, although the zoo give a year's "rain check" to allow... More

Date Visited: July 1, 2014 Pros: Different species, primate cruise Cons: Couldn’t see many of the animals, smell I wanted to come to this zoo mainly because they have cheetahs (my favorite wild animal) but the reviews made me excited to see the rest as well. It doesn’t look like much from the road but inside it seems to be... More

The zoo was under construction. Hopefully the layout will be much better after. We enjoyed seeing the primates from the boat ride and the main show was good. It would have been better if they would have had more close encounter opportunities. Brevard Zoo, which is in our area is organized much better with animals in sections according to the... More
