Description: Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden and...
Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden and nationally accredited zoo features a full day of wildlife experiences to delight guests with the natural world to inspire the conservation of our planet's remaining wild areas and their wondrous inhabitants. Discover the wonders of South America featuring a Giant anteater, Cotton-top tamarins, and more. Get wildly close to the Malayan tigers at viewing windows. Hand-feed the herd of giraffe plus enjoy your favorite animals like lions, monkeys, and bears. Naples Zoo is one of only four zoos in the nation to feature the fierce YouTube-favorites: African honey badgers. Plus discover rarely seen species including Malagasy fosas and 2 of less than 20 striped hyenas in the nation. Ask those questions you've always wondered about at the Meet the Keeper Series. Be fascinated by rare creatures during premier wildlife shows. Cruise through islands of monkeys, lemurs, and apes. Watch our professional staff hand-feed American alligators while dispelling popular myths. Snap great photos and learn the facts behind the fiction at a venomous snake talk. It's wild fun from apes to zebras. Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a nonprofit organization cooperating in conservation programs both in and outside the wild for endangered species. The zoo is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the organization that sets the highest standards for wildlife care, education, and conservation. The garden also holds accreditation by The Morton Register of Arboreta and is a member of the American Public Gardens Association.

The Naples Zoo is a great attraction for a day away from the sun. However for those who are spoiled by large zoos, it will be VERY small. The attractions are quite nice. It was amazing to watch my kids feed lettuce to the giraffes and take a pontoon ride to see monkeys and lemurs. Bring a packed lunch or... More

My grandson really enjoys visiting the zoo every time he comes to visit for Christmas and Spring break. I bought a family membership because I visit the. Zoo often.

Great zoo, lots of things to see. We spent about 4 hours walking through. The alligator feeding was really something to see.

The zoo is ok not amazing, but the area they have set up for local birds to come in is a bird watcher's paradise. We went there on a very hot day, our fault, but wanted something to do before we headed to the airport. They do a lot of demonstrations that young children will enjoy. The most amazing part... More

I have been to Naples Zoo several times. It's a small zoo but very entertaining. Please check the show times prior to your visit! Don't miss out the gators show, and arrive a few min before the show to secure a good spot!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with good presentations. The only bad part is some of the animals are in relatively smaller enclosures. There's a good variety of animals to see, so it's good for kids. The boat ride around the monkey islands is relaxing.

Small zoo with the usual animals, with the exception of elephants or gorillas, but not anything exotic or extraordinary. Surprisingly, no "water" animals, like dolphins. Some of the areas seemed small for the size of the animal, but it was clean and well kept. Highlights include camel riding, feeding giraffes and a pontoon ride to view the monkeys on islands.... Naples Zoo is a small Zoo that is interesting and well kept. Families will enjoy it together as there are displays and interactive activities. that will interest all ages. There is a parking lot, gift shop, and places to eat. My parents moved here over 30 years ago and grandpa always took the children to what was then Jungle Larry's... More

I just moved to Florida and I heard Naples Zoo wasn't that great but I'm not one to listen to what other say so I went anyway. My family and I went on a Sunday afternoon, roughly around 1pm because I really wanted to feed Giraffes and their schedule is daily 10-3. There was no line and I was surprised,... More
