It was on and off. Long lines Barely any food Late events And not that many sights to see. But overall I think its okay.

A well appointed and we'll stocked small zoo for the whole family to enjoy. Animals range from Honey Badgers to a small herd of Giraffes. Lots of conservation going on. If the African Grey Parrot swears its my fault.
I am a Naples resident and try to take My 3 year old to the zoo as frequently as I can because it is simply wonderful. There are plenty of shows and activities to choose from. The pricing for the camel rides are way overpriced but the pricing for the giraffe feeding Is worth the experience. I'll be back soon!
Reading reviews we decided to try the zoo out while one vacation. First off I was able to receive a discount because we are members at the zoo in our town of Evansville. The Naples zoo is such a wonderful find. So easy to view the animals close up. Wonderful tigers, lions, giraffes, , black bears, monkeys, even cheetahs and leopards plus much more..... very easy walking loop and great shows.
A wonderful zoo! Two daily shows and free primate island cruise make this a fun place to visit. Friendly staff. Animals are most active in the mornings so get an early start if possible. The first Saturday of each month is free day for collier county residents, so avoid that day it can get really crowded.
For a smaller city, the Naples Zoo is a big surprise! Having lived near one of the best zoos in the United States, I considered myself to be a "zoo snob". :) What a wonderful surprise that my new hometown has a wonderful zoo which is well run, beautiful, and full of lovely creatures, big and small. The animals seem...

This is a very pretty little zoo. We really enjoyed it. The monkeys live on islands and have no cages! This I really loved and I think the monkeys are also very happy there! Nice little boat tour included. Very lovely but not a very big zoo.
Small zoo which you can see in about 1.5 hours.
Lots for smaller kids to see and enjoy.
The boat ride around the monkey islands was cute and fun. First boat was at 10am and not everyone fit on the first boat so get in line early if you want to be on the first one out.
We went early...

I have never been to such a small zoo before, so it seemed a little underwhelming to me. I grew up with the Cincinnati Zoo, have been to the San Diego Zoo several times, the Los Angeles Zoo several times and also the National Zoo, so Naples was like just a tiny little section of those zoos, but still fun....
