Great tour for a cloudy day in Naples. Tickets are $27 a pop (tour books have coupons for a discount). Our tour / trolley guide, Steve, was knowledgeable and quite funny. The tour lasted 2 hours and gave me a good sense of all there is to see and do in Naples. Also, I learned a little more history. Get... More

Drove to the West Coast of Florida for the day, and decided to take a Trolley Tour. This was absolutely wonderful. It was fully narrated by our driver, and if you wanted to, you could get on and off the trolley. We got a great overview of the area, found out about the famous residents, and saw beautiful mansions to... More

They advertise as a trolley tour that you can get off and on as you like, however, they do not keep to the posted schedule at all. We ended up waiting for over 3 hours during the day because they were so far off schedule. People were complaining because they had plans which they had to miss or were late... More

Thank you for your comments about the Tour Guides being informative. We apologize about the traffic in town as that week was the busiest of the year due to several events. The traffic has subsided back to "normal" and our Trolleys are running on time again. Randy Smith General Manager More

We stopped at Ritz Carlton for lunch and were told to be at pickup by 230 for 242 pickup. Many calls to home base with misinformation, telling us we missed bus and next bus would be past5pm. Girl at ticket sales base had no clue and continually misled us as to status of bus. Finally 145 tour came at 445 to... More

We are glad you enjoyed the tour and Steve the guide was informative. We apologize you had difficulty re-boarding the Trolley after you got off. Thank you for your comments as we will relay to our staff to improve. Randy Smith General Manager More

I would recommend this tour if you just stay on the "trolley", don't get off, we waited an hour and a half for the trolley to come back to get us. They need to get their act together with the change in tourists. I liked the tour, but waiting so long to get back on the bus just deflated the... More

We are glad you enjoyed the tour, but sorry to hear about the time in between pickups after you got off. The normal time is one hour per our schedule and it sounds like it took an additional 30 minutes due to heavy traffic during our area's busiest time of the year. The traffic lightens up beginning in March so... More

Four of us were excited for our first tour of Naples. We were hoping for an overview of the city, with advise about where to go, where to eat, what to see, and information about what is special in Naples. All we did was learn about the different passengers and where they lived, what the driver had for breakfast, and... More

Thank you for your response, this driver is relatively new, has had many compliments, but will be retrained based upon your comments. We have removed him from the tour and re-evaluated. Randy Smith General Manager More

We had a great tour of Naples. The tour was around 2 hours long depending on traffic and cost $25.00/ a coupon. We really enjoyed our driver Steve as he told the history of Naples and identified all the flowers and trees we passed. I think we drove 35 miles and he related interesting facts of the area. He told... More

We are sorry you had to write such a comment but we are never "hours late" on our tours, that is just a false statement. We carry GPS on all Trolleys and track daily to make sure they are on time. We do run late in heavy season sometimes, anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes on very bad days, but... More

Our driver for the day was Steve. He gave his rules: Stay sitting down, phones off, no talking while he was talking. It was nice to know at the beginning of the ride, but others who joined along the way sometimes needed reminders. We started at the visitor center where we paid our money (watch for groupon to save $),... More

Although we have visited Naples many times, we have never taken this tour,so when friends came to stay with us for the first time,we decided to give it a try ,expecting to see places that the average visitor would not be able to find.We were really disappointed. It's basically a tour around the shopping malls, and nothing that you couldn't do yourself... Thank you for your review, but for someone who has visited Naples "Many" times, I'm sure you've seen most of Naples over all your visits. For visitors who have never visited Naples, or only a few times, the Trolley Tour shows 31 miles of "Things to do". Additionally, the entire tour is narrated by the tour guide so visitors get...
