Planning a boat tour this time of year in Florida takes some guts with how fast storms can come up around here, but it seems like we were destined to have a great trip. The weather was perfect for seeing some wildlife (cranes, comerans, gators, turtles, etc.) and we had a very knowledgeable crew who made it a great time.... More

Today, we had an incredible tour of Mt. Dora Lake through the Dora Canal to Lake Eustis. We saw so much wildlife (Bald Eagles, alligators and all type of birds and beautiful flora). What a way to see the other side from the waterways. Going through the canal and seeing the majestic cypress trees we felt we went backyards in... More

We are UK nationals living in Florida and took 2 visitors from the UK on this trip. We had previously been with another company but this was available when we arrived at Mount Dora for the day. There were only 8 paying clients on the boat and the captain and the guide. Our visitors thought this was a superb little... More

This trip across Lake Dora and through the Dora Canal was absolutely wonderful. Took our California grandkids and their parents and they were amazed. Had a super captain and another young man who answered all kinds of questions, provided tremendous historical and wild life information, and made us laugh while we learned. Saw alligators, herons, soft-shelled turtles, brown river snakes,... More

I was hesitant to go on this boat ride. I had seen gators before. Thankfully my friends won out and so did I by joining them on this adventure. The captain has years of experience on the lake and shares his stories throughout the excursion. The canopy is spectacular with all the Spanish moss hanging from century old Cypress trees.... More
