I found the Elemis Spa at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel to be very welcoming, the perfect size, and I have had many wonderful massage experiences. On my first trip to Miami nine months ago, I tried the Swedish Massage and the Hot Stones Massage and found the massages to be very relaxing and found Riberto to be very knowlegeable... more

When I entered the calming room I was suprised that it was only a dimly lit over crowded waiting room ,they never spent any of the 12 million here. After leaving the so called calming room you were escorted down a bright hallway and then on an elevator to another floor to the massage room which by this time one... more

My husband and I had a couples massage on 1/8/08 and it was mediocre at best. The calming room was not calming. The chairs were so uncomfortable that one needs the massage to get the kinks out from the calming room chairs! We both felt the the masseuses were not "into" what they were doing. I felt like the woman... more
