Stayed 2 nights in this Ritz. Overall, we didn't feel it totally matches the brand name. We expected better. The beach was great but the service was not better than any other hotels. The best of the hotel is the bedding. Most comfortable sheets you can get in this world. Location is ok, with some stores around. But you still... more
We thoroughly enjoyed our day stay at this hotel spa. The service is amazing and very helpful/friendly. We had massages and facials and they were very professional therapists for all. Beautiful foyer and entranceway to Ladies Area - includes a sauna, steamroom and many showers and tons of toiletries. There's a relaxation lounge with chairs, magazines, juices, teas, fruits, nuts,... more
